This is an absolutely fantastic piece of solo work. His listening for space and breadth is making the groove move and flow perfectly. Attention to that highhat is very noticeable!! The pocket is nice and comfy!! It all works and it’s making his voice shine as it should!! Fantastic solo and it moves the body. That’s how to solo.

More like a Giant amongst many Giants out here playing bass today. You have guys out here like Hadrien, Henrik Linder, Thiago Espirito, and Michael Pipoquinha that are next level as well.

Last summer in Sanremo, Italy, he played all the show with the same bass. Yellowjackets are the best band on the planet and Dane rules!!!

Love the Rocco reference near the end :) Dane's a monster. Anyone know if he's teaching/giving clinics or anything in his copious free time (kidding of course, his schedule is nuts).
