I have the balm in the shade 8 and the universal shade as well. It makes the best primer ever!! I wear it under other foundations and it makes those foundations seem like they are magic, but it's the balm. The balm carries other products to make them seem like perfection. This is the first completion product I have purchased twice!
I’ve been wearing this since it first came out and I haven’t used anything else since. I have oily skin and I don’t have to set my face except for the areas I use concealer. I have shade 7 for winter and 8 for the summer
Hi @@AriellAsh. Those are some high quality, lovely powders but I thought the same thing. I have mature skin, still active with a few pimples (wow) and an oily T zone and so that's where I'll apply powder. Encouraged to read about possible smile lines coverage from this balm. Love this look, the eyes came out so pretty! I love this product, it works amazingly for oily skin. Actually, i loved it so much that I ordered the universal one too which works amazing for smile lines x

@@AriellAsh right!! Yea that balm will have your face sitting 😄 I like to use #7 as a light bronzer (when I’m fairer), a foundation and a concealer when I’m deeper. The universal one I use as a primer/ texture corrector. It’s such a super versatile product 🙌🏾 x

I have the universal shade and I noticed most people have great luck with this one shade than the actual color shades. It’s been a game changer for my eyeshadows too. Not even urban decay can hold a candle to this stuff. So I use this on my oily t zone areas and then use Elf’s luminous primer putty on the others and they both blend in so seemlessly and my makeup during the day stays put and I am a huge sweater that lives in North Carolina with humid mornings so this is definitely worth it imo. Best $36 spent in awhile.

Great review. I purchased the universal to use as a primer and I am wanting to order another one in my skin tone. I THINK I might be a 6 or 7. Question...where do you find the music for your videos?
You may have oily skin..this particular product is made to keep you matte (no shine) all day. It’s a foundation and powder all in one. Start off with a little and all you need is this one product. Start adding other things later.
