Why do they only have a max of 3 radiators? We have 6 radiators one of these will work 3 only the building factors who built the new houses had to install a second upstairs to work the upstairs radiator or thry just won't all come on with the one and they have seemed to manage to wire them up wrong for the upstairs to turn on the downstairs and upstairs to turn on downstairs its an absolute nightmare! Since we cannot get any help from the installer's as they have no idea how to work the system can you please give me some advice since you are Danfoss yourself i would be very grateful as now winter again we can go through this again! We were lucky to move in to the house in March this year so we didn't need it much after may but this is now going to be a full winter in this new home we need the heating to work correctly?
One room controller is capable to control few thermal actuators (radiators). Might be 3, might be 10. depends on actuator type. But please have in mind radiators will be controlled from one temperature spot. In case you have wrong installation you need to find someone to fix it.
Thanks for you help with this. How do you make it so the underfloor heating is deactivated? I’m trying to turn the heating off but the underfloor heating icon remains on and I don’t seem to be able to cool the flat down. Can you help?
Probably you have underfloor sensor. Please check setting P02 SET 01 - only room control, 02 - room and floor, 03 - only floor. I would set P02 and 01 for test if it helps. Hi, this is very useful I'll try this later when go to new house , the gas company fitted a new Boiler amd installed these but mine does not work this way this does that's for sure! It has the suitcase for vacation mode I have noticed that now I know what it is, but at setting the date etc is totally different when you go into it all its very confusing with just a big M in the middle flashing for example for setting minutes and it also has 1,2,3 at the the right of the screen with a heat wave icon at the bottom I'm guessing that's for when the heating is on!? I have not managed to get all the days of the week at the top and a sat sun I'm just wondering if it's set in a different language now after seeing your video! I'll definitely gone try this tonight now thanks
7 months on and an absolute Horrible units we got them this year fitted in our new build everyone having issues with them and they only control 3 radiators max they installed a second to work the upstairs but have them the wrong way round the top floors works the bottom and the bottom works the top it's just been an absolute nightmare and when we phone to get them out to fix it they don't have a clue how to work the system themselves

Probably you got TP5001B thermostat. In this case. E6 = Real time clock(RTC) failure. If the RTC doesn’t initialise on start up you will get this error, so I would suggest removing the batteries and waiting a few mins to see if this solves the issue If it doesn’t or the issue persists over time I would suggest replacing it.
How do you get it into clock mode ... you have a clock at the bottom and I don't I have a house with a thermostat sign on the top left of middle numbers
If both are showing actual temperature, might be the one was set got heat form hands. Should normalize after a while. It is normal if lets say two thermostats in a same room showing +/-0,5C different temperature.
@@heatingsolutions123 Thanks. I'm pretty sure the thermostat is actually telling me the room temperature and the temperature that I set it at. If that's the case it's no big issue.
