NOW I SEE IT. I remember when I first saw it and didn't know who he was. (Obviously.) Even after the game was over, still didn't know. Now it makes sense.
It actually was kind of sad to see Alter Ego’s death. Not because Chihiro is my favorite (Which he is) but because AE had no idea what was going on and had that innocent smile.
I feel like the executions get quicker and less painful as they continue. We went from getting smacked with a thousand balls to being crushed in a split second.
@@majoritasdeadmemechannel3557 Mondo was completely conscious during his execution because of the electricity at the top of the cage. He either got completely liquefied whilst being awake or he got crushed under the force he was going at. That makes Mondo's execution the worst for me
Mondo's is actually probably the worst in my opinion considering he was completely conscious while he either got liquefied or got crushed by the force he was going at. Really disturbing
7:27 The way celeste looks around and is smiling, and just overall seems so calm has always unsettled me. I mean the girls about to be burnt alive and hit with a giant damn fire truck and she’s just “ :) “
Dakotadoesstuff i think it’s because she wanted her death to be unique and memorable (the fire truck was actually because car accident is the most common death)
Fun Fact: Kirigiri’s execution was the first Danganropa execution I had seen, and the first death (murder victim) that I saw was Sayaka’s, I thought that the anime looked cool and I decided to watch it and now I’m addicted to Danganropa :D
The firsts executions i watched was the thh ones and some of v3 and i though that every execution was the same as the first game but sometimes the executions were diferent for the blackeneds with a more interesting talent (For example kyoko's dad and kaito and kyoko with makoto )
My favorite execution of Trigger Happy Havoc is actually Leon's. I remember the shock and disbelief I felt when I saw his execution for the first time. I didn't know the punishments would be so brutal. This may sound almost poetic, but in that moment, when the metal ring wrapped around his neck and pulled him to his death... I remember feeling an undeniable despair flooding my senses. That first introduction to what murder would lead to in the game felt like a slap on the face.
To me I felt junkos was the best since that smile at the end was so cute and then the machine stopped and she looked up and it just came crashing down it was so gruesome and my face was just like 0o0
I had a feeling that the guy who died in the beginning was her dad because of the exact way the bones were positioned when you found them and also the crack on the skull
She babyraged before that and it was only because she was dying the way she wanted to that she was content Until the fruck came along and smashed into her
I think we don't see them as dramatic because Leon's was like a slap in the face. We didn't realize the punishments would be like that, and after it the shock wore off a bit.
Well, you do have a point. Leon was repeatedly pummeled and bludgeoned in an incredibly gruesome way. Mondo melted, Celeste was a one-hit, Alter Ego was a robot that couldn't feel pain, and Makoto slipped out of his execution. I wish that the executions could have steadily gotten worse and worse instead of more and more tame
@@No_Sleepee Same,Leon’s my favourite character and I cried when I saw him getting executed in the first trial,Also the monokuma sprite during the executions started looking worse and worse each execution
Monokuma mocking people during or after theirs is hilarious. He makes a super shocked face after leon's death, he wears mondo's haircut during his execution (along with the butter), hes the fireman who puts out the fire after's celeste's execution (when she ended up dying to the truck anyway) Alter ego is turned into a monokuma branded scrap ball, and is jokingly giving a sex ed lesson to kyoko during her execution.
I remember having that crazy anxiety attack during Makoto’s “execution”. I was getting more terrified every time he was getting closer to that crushing thing.
In my opinion, I found Leon's execution and Makotos' executions really good. The second ones kind of biased, I grew on Makoto a lot lmao My reasoning for these two executions, starting off with Leon: Leon's execution: The overall suspense is what did it for me, the looming judgement from everyone surrounding him. And, of course, the collar that came out and clamped around his neck. The pulling backward with him reaching out was also a good aspect, as well as the dragging. I really loved that part, it brought a thrill of fear in my mind, and how he was practically bound against the pole. The music really helps bring this execution out too, and the overall animation. It was just really well done, I've never felt such fear, dread and mostly excitement for the next execution cutscene. Makotos' execution: Mostly the tension did it for me, and the atmosphere. It was hard to just.. *not* notice the giant crusher behind you. It grew even more tense the closer you were. Well, that's all I really have to say about these lol I really liked danganronpa 1, it was pretty good imo
@Shoto Todoroki Me too. But its simple About who got Killed. Junko is the Mastermind. The Junko who got Killed at the beginning was Mukuro. Junko's Sister. Learn more About the Ending. I Honestly Dont need to say that this game is old because i didn't know a thing About this game or the anime.
@@myarmsrgone No because i was telling my friend about the characters, couldnt remember him and my friend asked me if I meant the one with the "Josuke cut"
These are all the execution themes Leon: baseball tournament Mondo: death cage at circus Celeste: burning the accused witches in the old days Alter ego: construction truck Kyoko and makoto: school detention Jin kirigiri: space theme Junko: all executions combined
I didn't cried at any of em. I was literally Kyoko at that point. Honestly a lot of Times i see Jumpscares im Kyoko. But of course the emotion is bigger than her. I think that how i felt is better than how my face reaction was.
Junko: yeah ima get turned into butter, get hit by 1000 baseballs, get crushed by a fire truck, get hit by a metal heavy convertible, get launched into space, and not die Also Junko: oh this metal block will kill me
Leon: Gets Executed by Baseballs (Vicitim) Sayaka: Gets murdered by trying to kill Leon but ended up being the Victim Mondo: Gets Executed by A motorcycle into the Cage of Death and turned into Butter (Victim) Chihiro: Gets killed by Mondo through the method of hitting him with a Dumbbell Celeste: Gets executed by The burning of the Versailles Witch and got hit by a truck that tried to put out the fire (Victim) Hifumi and Taka: (First one) Taka: Gets killed by Hifumi through the method of using a Large Justice hammer Hifumi: Gets killed by Celeste in the same way as Taka Sakura: Gets hit with a Monokuma Bottle and gets hit by (I forgot :'P) to finish the job Alter Ego: Gets crushed with The Excavator Destroyer Makoto: Gets Executed by The After School Lesson method but escapes with the help of Alter Ego Kyoko: (Same as Makoto but she doesn't escape) (Bad Ending Only) To the people who forgot how the characters died, This is for you :p
Celeste wanted to die a death that was unique, elegant, and fitting for her. To cause her despair, she died by being crushed by a truck. Which isn’t as elegant
Quick question: Does anyone else find the paper-like graphics of the characters interesting? Like, they’re normal and 2D for the most part but the trial intros, the “make your argument” parts and stuff like that seem to show that the characters are kind of like paper drawings? Or am I just saying random stuff here?
I feel like the less color an execution has, the more brutal it seems to be. Saying that, Leon's was the one that scared me badly. Mondo's wasn't as scary as I thought it would be Celeste's wasnt too bad but the truck got me AE's was kinda brutal, especially since for me it was unexpected Makoto and Kyoko's looked really brutal tbh plus getting smashed in a conscious state looks very har to watch And then there's Junko... She a superhuman. That's all I gotta say
I remember when I was new to the Danganronpa fandom and I had not got the game yet but somewhere I saw Leon's execution and it was the first of the executions I had seen from any of the games and it is still the worst death to me because it kind of traumatized me yet I keep going back and playing the game now.....idk why
Explaining Leon's execution Leon: Leon despite being the ultimate baseball player hated baseball and practice thus, when he killed Sayaka it was unintentional and done out of complete luck since Sayaka was planning to kill Leon, once Leon disposed of the evidence, due to not have had planned Sayaka's death, his cover up work was sloppy like accidentally leaving the cuff of his sleeve hanging out of the trash burner and not erasing the note Sayaka wrote "11037" or as read upside down and noticing the mark that blood didn't cover "LEON". Leon's death was based off of a Japanese baseball practice (I forgot the name of it ;-;) where someone would be hitting balls to you and you had to catch them, this practice would commonly continue until you were exhausted from catching balls and could not catch any more, the outside of his execution point was based off of a base ball practice court, although in the English version of this game the execution is called "The 1,000 blows" the Japanese name is the name of the baseball practice I stated earlier, however although I had stated that in this practice you would only stop until you couldn't catch any more balls, this execution stopped when Leon died.
I think that’s how it would have been in the beta version of the game, Distrust, before they retooled the game and made it more lighthearted in comparison. The only execution taken straight from the beta version was Leon’s, which is why it’s a lot more brutal and graphic than the other ones.
fun fact: there is 64 balls in one of the last scenes of leon's execution *not the one with him hanging on the pole the one with the shadow of his feet*
I dont understand why Kyoko had the same one as Makoto, she shouldve had a special one, everyone else had special ones, and you cant tell me its cause it was in order and not per person, cause you cannot tell me the Ultimate Baseball star HAPPENED to get thr 1000 blows, or that Celeste who always wanted to be special it seemed like she was gonna be killed in a special way only to die in one of the most common ways
I remember being so confused upon watching the ‘Blast Off!’ execution for the first time. I had no idea what the hell was going on and I didn’t even know much about the franchise either, went in mostly blind. Little did I know what was in store for me
I think Celestes Execution was the worst and most boring one. I know that the whole point of her death is that it’s supposed to be boring, but I just feel empty knowing that she could’ve had a better death. I imagined if she did die she would be on a stage while rose looking darts are being shot at her, because she’s like the actor. But I guess it’s not that bad. I give it a 2 out of 10. 2 because Celeste is one of my favourites.
the point of it was to be somber and gruesome, and she wanted that. she wanted her death to be old timey and unique, but monokuma robbed her of that by finishing her off with a car, a final disappointment before a gruesome death
I personally think that her death fit her character perfectly. First of all, it was a lie. Celeste is a big fat liar. Secondly, she wanted to die in a grand, special way because she thought she was special, but she just gets a common death and is run over by a truck
fun fact in the beta game of thh (distrust) sayaka killed leon resulting in the first ever execution! well kinda you had the option to chose who would kill who
ugh i felt sick after watching mondos one idk if its bc it was so disturbing or if its bc i know ill never watch ishimaru and mondo's friendship the same again
has anyone noticed that all Danganronpa first execution has a Claw that time them in the neck? Leon,The fat dude and kaede? I also noticed that all chapter 3 killers have black hair?
I kinda feel bad for Celeste because she was my favorite character out of all the danganronpa games and she had to lie to herself about being in despair ;-;. Honestly, Junko should’ve been the ultimate gambler because she looks rich and she’s the ultimate fashionista and Celeste looks more evil and has a dark uneasy aura around her.
