i am impressed to hear that a female voice actress sung this... she is doing her voice acting skills while singing a song... now that is freaking skills
they look like the shape of those murderers without the right shape (when we retrace the killer's steps, there's like a comedy to complete) I don't know how to explain it clearly, it's just a silly idea. But I thought it was the people who were watching the murder game
It's a crying shame! Removing a piece of Megumi Ogata's work? All her songs that I've heard so far are top notch :( So what, the english release has nothing after the ending? I wonder if it was an attempt to avoid spoilers but... it would make no sense if that was the case >.
Licensing maybe? A lot of JP music is exclusive to Japan. The song is on Ogata's album which isn't made for DRV3. No idea who her record label is and how or if they even market internationally. Nonetheless, really sucks for us.
So the Trigger Happy Havoc's credits were the Punishment Button in the apocalypse Goodbye Despair's credits were a tv in the flowery fields under the moonlight And then Killing Harmony's credits were a theater filled with people slowly walking out....
Trishia Bidaure They're all actually quite fitting given each games' story lines and plot twists. Even better, the lyrics match up with each game's Aesop.
i honestly thought the game was absolute genius. I'm writing a book series that have killing games too(i wrote the first one before i played Danganronpa, only similarity to it is its a killing game) and wow, this ending changes how i view my own stories. Its phenomenal, at least i think so.
Hey guys, huge thanks for the interest in the series. Even though its been three whole years, the books are not yet published due to me trying to make the books the best they can be. I'm planning on releasing the whole trilogy this year though, and when I do I'll come back and update you both
@@katelany9952 Thank you, it means a lot. To be honest, the reason they are taking so long is because I am very stubborn and want them to turn out as good as possible. I'm planning on doing one last rewrite of the first book in Autumn of this year, and then publishing it by the end of the year
Theory Time: (Spoilers as well. (Obviously)) I think that the reason why the music changed in the English release was an artistic choice. Because the music is changed, and apparently not a "Danganronpa" type-ending is because of the ending itself. After Tsumugi relents over the fact that the outside world has no more interest in killing games, and her work finished (not of her own volition), it's not really Danganronpa anymore. It's the "real world" now. So it's different because the story of this installment has moved way beyond just another Danganronpa story. It's about the survivor(s) taking down the evil organization that began the killing games in the first place. So, it's less a killing game story, so much as it is a "you killed all my friends for twisted amusement, ratings, and income, wtf is wrong with you? Prepare to die" kind of story now. Thank you for your time. Forever in Danganronpa we trust. 11037.
Na, probably they had problems with the song rights. It was an amazing danganronpa and i doubt that the team in charge of traducing the game would just change the ending theme because of that stupid reason.
I mean, even if that was true, that would be a terrible reason to screw us out of a song to just sit at the credits with, even if the killing game is 'done', it doesn't mean it's not a Danganronpa game, rebuild, setting sail, progressive played and they are all amazing, why screw over people wanting to listen to the ending song because it fits thematically, even though it's already recorded. Nice theory tho, but I don't think they would do it for that reason
I like the fact that they used it, because it still shows that this is fiction. With all the indulgent hopey engame bs that contradicts the messages, this puts danganronpa in its place, a work of fiction.
This music is just so good, clearly this is the best staff roll song in Danganronpa history. Which makes me reeeally want another anime series but with these characters instead. I mean, who wouldn't be pumped to see these guys moving around and having fun?
PorygonZ Well, they did mess up Danganronpa 3 pretty badly. I mean, they thought they could rush everything into 25 episodes without even showing us exactly how Izuru revived his class from being deathly comatose or how his entire class didn't break down about killing their friends, family, and other innocents. And the English Dub was just the dumbest damn thing ever.
PorygonZ Regardless, I believe Spike Chunsoft should've realized all their mistakes and should think about another possible anime series with these bundles of joy. Hear me out, Chunsoft.
The Hobbinatic Channel I think that it's an Alternative Universe were DRV3 shows our reality and of course for us Danganronpa is an Anime/Videogame, and all the Danganronpa Games in their universe are real.
When the credits started rolling on my English version, I was actually really ticked. Just some crappy dubstep music playing, so I muted it and synced it with this ending.
I honestly love this version. With the music and CG from the game, it's feels like we're remembering what they have go trough and feels like "this is the end" Also I love megumi ogata
I think so. As AlyGames said, he became the new headmaster and at the very end Kyoko came in and said something along the lines of, "The new students are waiting for you."
some weird instrumental remix of some songs including the op. It doesnt fit with the ending at all, and is probably the only danganronpa song ive heard that isnt catchy or memorable
