We test out the Dango Designs Gripper Mount for action cameras on the #TET.
How creative can we get with the Gripper? And, is it any better than #GoPro’s sticky mount system? Honda CRF250L and BMW310GS hit the very cold, wet trails to find out.... :D

Looks like a really good and practical bit of kit. Don't think that it should be mounted on the helmet as demonstrated for safety reasons. I certainly wouldn't mount it there unless I wanted to rip my throat out in an accident. Ride safe. Regards Mike.

Hi Mike, I was more interested in what else the Gripper could do, the chin mounting idea wasn’t my main priority, but I get your point, thanks!

@@rfmxbr It’s an excellent mount! I have moved to the chest mount now but if I wanted the camera on the helmet, I’d use the dango!

Always enjoy your videos.... Are those the outback motortek crash bars on your bike? If so, any concerns with the top mounting point being fragile?

I made one out of the crocodile clip that came with my go pro clip it to my screen!!

As there’s no ‘J’ in the word, the ‘D’ isn’t silent. So it’s pronounced Dango as it reads. Cheers for watching :D

Thanks Fergus, thanks for watching - We use 64GB Sandisk Cards on the GoPro, set at 2.7k 60fps - Slo-Mo at 240fps at 1080p - Cheers :D

Excellent product. Bought one other cheap mount before this that compromised the face shield seal. Just get your dango on and don’t waste money on the cheap and unreliable competitors.
