Wrestling across the board is drawing the lowest ratings it’s ever had.. This is one of the reasons why. “Insanely popular” is very much an overstatement. Nobody outside the very small wrestling bubble knows who these people are. Therefore, they’re far from popular.

One of you is talking about 100,000 RU-vid views as a lot, the other is talking about over 1M as a lot. Neither of these numbers are substantial measuring sticks as to popularity.

Jim said that he likes Danhausen and finds him funny after watching some of his vlogs but said he refuses to watch a match with him because it might sour his opinion of the guy

He's signed with ROH. But his contract does expire at the end of this year, so hopefully we see him on Dark or Dynamite.

@@ctfashow so, the more i have reflected on my nerdy comment i was thinking who i would like to book it. I gotta really say i think it would be more interesting and probably better booked in ROH with delirious booking. I think if you had this match go down in ROH Dave Honor would be perfect to have rough shot over these two with people he picks "to rid ROH of these clowns" type of thing. I know it is easy to pick on AEW but, the booking is what lost me as a viewer and MLW along with ROH has done a lot to fill that void of booking that makes me stick around.

@@brodyjames4126 man, I haven't watched ROH in so long that I couldn't tell you anything going on at all. I think PCO was champion last time I saw it. I only heard of Danhausen because of the WhatCulture video about wrestlers keeping kayfabe.

@@ctfashow I do not blame you or a lot of fans for that. But I feel like his booking has been a good level of consistent and glad Danhausen signed there. I think he is a good place to grow where he wont get lost in a sea of a roster like AEW or WWE. You have to really seek out ROH more than a lot of promotions for how locked down their content is.

@@brodyjames4126 I think I'll give ROH a shot again. As of this week, it'll be Elevation on Monday, NXT/Dark on Tuesday, Dynamite on Wednesday, and possibly IMPACT on Thursday. I haven't watched much IMPACT at all, but I'm thinking of starting it and why not add ROH as well? I'm sure they're both better than RAW and SmackDown, which I literally never watch.

Methinks Danhausen is over enough with Jim that Danhausen would be able to explain away the goofy to Jim... Jim has a affinity for someone who lives his bit, and can keep it looking real. The few times I've seen him tells me Jim would wish Danhausen was a bit smoother and less obvious with the 'assists' (being a good worker). The comedy part of Danhausen makes complete sense, and even paired with OC, Jim would applaud how Danhausen is clearly expecting OC to do the silly stuff and is still baffled by OC's choice of distraction methods by using meager "offensive" maneuvers. Jim would hate that he agreed to wrestle OC, but I think he'd accept it as a "green" mistake with just a few ounces of guilt for kinda liking how they handled it, hell, Jim would prolly give credit to Danhausen for coming up with the idea of a run on so this didnt have to go on too long... Actually I'm kinda glad they found a way to end it as quickly as it did...
