This team is owned by Comcast. The budget is unlimited. Tons of Russians in the system and they can't employ one person in the front office that speaks Russian? These excuses are unacceptable.

Don't blame it on a language barrier. I'm sure that SOMEWHERE in their minor league development system they have an interpretor that could have spent time with him.
