What shapes happiness - the experiences we have, or the stories we tell ourselves about them afterwards? When and how does our intuition reliably fail? And why is overconfidence the fatal flaw we should all watch out for? In this fascinating, far-ranging conversation, Chris digs into the questions that really matter with Danny Kahneman, Nobel laureate, godfather of behavioral economics, and one of the most influential psychologists alive.

The extraordinary low views on this podcast tells that how much today's world really want to engage in intellectual discourse to shape better future.... while rubbish may garner millions. And as always it was a supreme delight to here Daniel Kahneman. 🖖

This was excellent. I love the idea of extending exceptional TED talks through in depth interviews. I hope you continue doing these. I will certainly subscribe.

The interviewer needs to read Kierkegaard on how the public sphere really operates, which isn't a group of rational agents. Hubert Dreyfus (2001) explains how the public sphere really works in On the Internet, chap. 4.
