Guy was doing his side job trying to earn extra money whilst he was still on active duty in the military. While trying to earn a living (since our service members get paid next to nothing) he stumbled upon a crowd of agitators who were illegally blocking the roadway. One of those agitators who was carrying a loaded AK47 decided he would try and intimidate the man by pointing his weapon at him. The guy trying to earn a living then shoots the agitator to stop the threat of death or great bodily harm to himself. The media spin on this is just mind-boggling. Foster simply fucked around and found out.

The State has sovereign immunity(for official acts) for a reason. The Governor cannot be sued for making a pardon decision. The family did sue. The case ended up being dismissed with prejudice if the media accurately reported the news.

I hope justice doesn't come for your family, I will sure to say say abbott... I thought texas is pro 2nd amendment , now I 2nd question abbot. Then they say abbot is pro law and order that's suspicious ....I learned so many things so quick on how red state is a lie. Thank you for the lesson.
