You should watch Lando and Carlos together. They haven't been teammates for a few years now, but when they were, they were the funniest duo around, plus they're still great friends.

It's fascinating to see how quickly you nail their personalities! Daniel is truly a considerate person, it gets talked about a fair bit during his episode(s) of Dax Shepard's podcast Armchair Expert. He feels like its his obligation to ensure everyone is included and feels special/valid, particularly when people have a tendency to go up to him and ignore those he's with. He seems like a wonderful guy.

"carlando moments to boost your day" is a great one, it's got all the funny moments plus subtitles in case you don't know who's talking. it's the most watched video of those two.

DR is obviously an empath. Great guy who wishes the best for everyone.

This is so funny because it's such a contrast with how Lando and Daniel were with each other at the start of 2021. The vibes were horrific. They were terribly awkward to watch, Lando was just blanking Daniel constantly. They're clearly getting along better now lol. Found a wavelength at which they can both operate.

I think your right in saying their personalities make the sport more mainstream, I think it was Daniel Ricciardo who paved the way for more drivers to open up since 2014 As that time he was described as the biggest smile in f1 Lando was another who was a fun guy from day one and when he was team mates with Carlos sainz who until that point was quite serious but over the year you could really see the playful side of Carlos come out

I think Fan made compilations would be better for you to see their personalities because you get to see the best moments there I feel like these interviews are kinda restricted

You’re spot in with Daniel. He’s been fairly open with his struggles with mental health recently, and this video was filmed in the middle of a time where he has said he was struggling. Your sense that he was feeling a lot of pressure to keep it light is very insightful.

I haven't watched your channel in a while and just discovered you have started this series!? So now you do analyze both of my passions, kpop AND F1?!! Crazy! I'm so happy🤣 Daniel and Sebastian have always been my favorite people on the grid and people I look up to. They both have a very charismatic, empathic, witty, funny but also deep and serious attitude that makes you connect with them in a special way. They do care. About others, about the sport, about the Earth, justice and the happiness of who surrounds them. And you can see it. Carlando next please. But don’t watch some “censored” video. I find the best vids to get to know someone’s real personality is from fan made compilations or where they are allowed to do what the heck they want. I find the videos you have done on the drivers so far, are good (apart from Landos - wasn’t your reaction, it was just the clip you reacted to) but they are somewhat staged in terms of the racers can’t do or say what they want to, but the fan videos take clips from everywhere either on random vidoes, twitch streams, vlog channels whatever and then your able to get an understanding of them better. I will say, I don’t think you have cracked Lando at all yet. I mean your close I guess but none of these clips really scream out “that’s Lando Norris”.

You should check videos of Connor Moore. He has became viral in F1 community (and even got invited by F1 for some entertainment at 2022 US GP) by mimicking drivers and other people from F1 paddock. Now that you've seen some of these drivers, you will possibly enjoy how Connor in his "parodies" nails a way of speaking and character/communication traits of drivers ;)

I think it would be interesting to look at some of the “lows and highs” (i.e. controversial moments, anger, joy, etc..) in F1 With Daniel specifically, I remember one bad run he had (caused by bad car reliability), and he was walking back to the garage, and let out the most guttural “FUCKKKKKKKKK” you’ll ever hear. One more example is when Gasly got P2 in a car that is much slower than the top teams, and he just starts grunting on the radio with pure joy, crying. I know it might not be pure conversation, but there’s just something about the pure emotion that I find captivating, and those are the moments the “PR training” are forgotten, and they just let it out.

Love these vids man! Though I think sometimes there are definitely other content to watch that better represents the personalities. Maybe things that are not too ”promotional”, which I think was a problem in for example the charles and carlos video.

Actually, Lando was not that "fan" of DanyRic. (He did stated more than once in interviews.. "No special sympathy"). For some reason, despite the rivalry (in this sport, your team mate is the "measure" because their cars are the same - which makes for ruthless behaviours, most of the time) was with Max. Lando and Sainz were the most "bromance" I've ever seen in F1.

There's a chance that Lando is not remembering that 1-2 at Mozna in a fully good light because he was refused by team order a chance to fight for 1st place with Daniel and it would be his maiden one if he would come out victorious out of it. Daniel may also be aware of that.

Although they seem fairly comfortable here and the ribbing seems good natured on both sides, if you go back and find a press conference from several years ago where the topic of the relative ages of the drivers (I think the question was addressed to Lewis Hamilton), Daniel makes a remark in jest to Lando that everyone seems to think was so humorous. I have always cringed and thought that the remark really embarrassed Lando (perhaps I am interpreting it too much from my own POV). I thought that remark (made in jest) and many of DR’s fans predicting that he would “own” Lando when he moved to McLaren was the basis for the early lack of camaraderie between Lando and Daniel.

People sort of expected Lando and Daniel to be the ultimate duo but their relationship didn't work out as expected in terms of hilarity. It seems back in the day there was more chemistry between Lando the joker and Carlos being the serious one. Must've been the attraction of opposites rule at play.
