Unfortunately Steve will blame everyone else for this. It will be the HR departments fault that he lost his work iPad and had the value deducted. It will be Daniels fault that he went onto the radio and didn't get proper legal advice specific to his case It will be ACAS fault that they didn't raise the grievance at his old workplace in the correct procedure or order It will never be Steves fault....and that would be his mentality going forward.

I've watched back a few times and can completely confirm it was a burp. There's even a second one at around 0:13-0:14 but much quieter. You can tell it's a burp and not stumbling over words as when you stumble you stumble INTO the phase. There was a deliberately pause before and after the word job so absolutely was an intentional action this my theory of it being a confirmed burp.

Steve's question wasn't specific enough at the beginning, this was the problem. If he wanted to know which body to contact, as he had been underpaid by a previous employer, then that is what he should have asked.
