Daniel's entrepreneurial spirit is coming out again with a new business venture: a bread baking business! But he needs ingredients and other supplies so we head to Costco once again to stock up. We also visit Andrew's new chess club!

Sometimes it's more work for the parents to support their kids dreams than it is for the kids to actually achieve them and that puts a lot of parents off. I admire your dedication to teaching and supporting your children. It's so important to teach them that they can be achievers but also, someday, they will support their own children because of your example.

Loved learning about Daniel's new bread business! He should charge at least $4 a loaf and give a discount for multiple loaf purchases. The chess club is awesome! Anxious to see the complete art wall, too.

Ask Daniel to say the word "Yeah".....Then say the word "Yeast".... It will help strengthen the mouth feel and muscle memory from the "Y" sound to the next "vowel" sound... (Trained Speech Path)

I'm an American living in the Netherlands. In Dutch I struggle with "ui" "eu" "r". I hear the difference but I have the hardest time with making my mouth forming the sounds.

When i watch the Knorpps, it gives me this feeling akin to when I was little and read those long series like The Baby-sitters Club and Sweet Valley Twins books. I can just picture a synopsis on the back cover saying something like "Daniel's new bread business is hot out of the oven but what will Andrew do when Asher goes missing minutes before the first Knights of the Square Table meeting?!"

I think it's a wonderful idea to put a scripture with the bread, what's the harm in adding God's word with a little encouragement with a loaf of homemade bread? Everyone I'm sure at times need a little encouragement in their life and to know that God loves them. It seems people are always wanting to push God out of everything when of it wasn't for him they wouldn't exist.

Wow! Michigan has what is called cottage industry laws. You can prepare and sell food products in an uninspected kitchen but the label must clearly state that.

These would be illegal without inspection & a commercial; kitchen(at least in our state)...

In my State you're allowed to sell breads, cakes, cookies etc.. from your own kitchen without having a license or inspection. Ingredients must be listed and tagged as homemade. Look up cottage food laws, various States allow it.

The price per loaf seems low considering cost of ingredients and time it takes to make and deliver the bread. I’m sure he realizes he’d make more going back to chick-fil-a but hope it’s a good experience!

My oldest sister, 7 years older than me, in the late 1950's used to bake bread on Saturdays, and sell it to neighbors. In the early 1960's I baked bread & sold it to neighbors. I remember returning to one neighbor a week later and asked if she wanted another loaf of bread. She told me that she still had some bread left. My bread baking career was short lived. :)

Daniel, you should make muffins like oat bran with or without raisins, lemon with blueberries and banana muffins...yummy! Neighbors would love to have muffins on the go in the morning for work.

Cool bread business. If Daniel decides he wants to expand, maybe he could add a Flavor of the Week. Then it's only one other recipe to learn each week, and he could find out what flavors people like enough to repeat or add every week. (Onion Dill bread, yum!)

That’s is so cool! I want to sell stickers but the stuff to make stickers can get like a cricut and a printer and just regular Materials like sticker paper and stuff to ship it out! But that’s so cool that he’s doing that I would buy his bread but I live really far away from you guys :(
