I saw them on the UK tour, and he still had a beast of a kit sound, triggered or not...I don't see much of a problem, it doesn't affect his playing!

years of endurance is why he can play that solid. i know because i am a drummer myself. playing shows definatly drains you...like i said endurance my friends. cheers
