She perhaps doesn't come across as the most likeable on tour, but I love watching her, she hits so many winners and really attacks the ball, great to watch! I think her ranking is a little low, for me she's top 5 on this year's performances.
She is the most likeable in fact!! Just want her to repeat outstanding match against Iga S like in AO2022 when she destroyed the Polish in SF... And to do same with Arina S... But so far she is in the Big 3 of the year!!

I got to meet her today here at the tournament. So lovely, so nice and so chill. She leads with passion on the courts but is all warm and fuzzy in person. Playing from a whole different planet right now.
Her only problem are the top 4 gals right now.. Even the Elena win was lucky considering how many break points Elena had.. She is dismantling all the other gals!
Iga has learned how to play DC but still can be surprised again .. as for Arina S she is the real problem so strong I don't understand how she loosed to Swiantek makes no sense.... Danielle will beat all those in a few more weeks...
Rybakina and Sabalenka are real physical challenges for Danielle Collins, we cannot deny this, and also you need to add Sabalenka's capacity to react and modify her tactics and game when loosing.... But Danielle loosing against Swiantek I don't understand, specially when we all saw AO 2022 SF when DC was in the zone and destroyed Iga bringing her to tears... She should never allow herself to loose against Swiantek.... and same applies to Sabalenka who's physically superior to Iga
@@juancarlosprevostzarate7077to me Swiatek is the problem. Collins can beat Rybakina and should have beaten Sabalenka in Madrid and has shown she can play her close. Swiatek is the one she needs to watch out for.

Wow she's on fire. I've never particularly liked DC as a player because of her questionable attitude on court in the past but there's no denying it, she's in the zone and playing brilliantly. Her swerving backhand is a thing of beauty. Maybe she could give Swiatek a run for her money at RG from next week!

Yeah, these players who weren't born into every advantage and didn't have the support of the tennis community for so long. Just awful when they have success anyway.

This is the same match from two days ago. This woman is only hitting the ball to Collins. Burel is no good at all. She only allowed Collins to win the match.
