@@mmsminimalmusic3110 If you listen to several of his performances from 2021, you can tell that Dimash has added depth and richness to his lower register, as well as a few extra singable pitches. Check out Stranger and the opening of Love Is Like a Dream from Slavic Bazaar, as well as Screaming from Beijing--it's particularly noticeable in those performances, though there are others as well. He has also polished his transitions and increased his ability to rapidly change his placement, which is hard to believe, but if you listen carefully, you can hear it, especially in the overtones and undertones of his voice, if you use really good headphones. His perfectionism really serves his gift! He has likely been taught as an opera student that his voice will not reach maturity until after age 40. Having the belief that you can do more is key to developing your own potential, and Dimash certainly seems to believe in his ability to continue developing his skill as a vocalist.
@@JayCamp4 I totally agree with you. I just don´t hear any of this in his 2021 Ogni Pietra performance. It is obvious though in his 2021 SOS, and of course in the Super Brothers´ Stranger version, etc.
he has been very busy in the Creative Center during the pandemic, Some really great performances from him. His voice is really maturing as he ages. He is doing a concert in Dubai in a month or so, first concert in 2+ years. don't you know how excited he is!

Dimash’s tour was derailed due to COVID. This was from the digital concert from January 2021 which served both to appease Dimash’s dears and raise funds for charity. Additionally, this concert introduced a few new additions to Dimash’s repertoire including Be With Me and a very upbeat Kazakh son whose title escapes me. Danielle, it has always had both names since Igor composed it for the 2nd European 2019 Olympic trials. That is where the Olympico comes from. As you know, it starts with the words Ogni Pietra. People continue to mistitle this song as they are wont to do from words in a song. The first two words of the song are Ogni Pietra, however, according to an interview with the lyricist of this song the actual title is Olimpico.
This is from his Digital Concert in January 2021 there was no audience. The song is called Olympico, it was mistakenly called Ogni Pietra by Dears who heard the first two words of the song and called it by that. Now it just goes by both but the actual name of the song is Olympico or Olimpico if you are Russian. This whole concert had incredible energy and several new songs. Dimash said he wouldn't want to do another digital show as ge hated not having an audience, he very much missed his Dears 😪 we missed him just as much too 😢
