Queen Mary looks so outgoing and very engaging with the kids that she took her time to see all of them while King Frederick seems to be more detached and uptight!!! She is so relaxed on her activities and let's face it all of us just stopped to see this video because of her. Bravo Queen Mary!!😢😢

I dont see that King Frederik is uncomfortable at all. He looks like he is enjoying himself with everyone. I think he is abit shy, especially with cameras constantly watching and criticising his every move. Stop and think how you would re-act in the same situation.

King Frederik and Crown Prince Haakon , are not just second cousins. They have been best friends since early childhood. Queen Margrethe goes to Norway to visit King Harald and Queen Sonya at least twice a year. Frederik and Haakon introduced their wives to each other in 2002, and the four of them are very close friends. Frederik is also very close to King Harald and calls him, ""Uncle Harald. "" King Harald is a mentor and advisor to King Frederik , and in some important ways Frederik is closer to King Harald than he was to his own father. The Danish Royals are also related to the Swedish Royals, and Frederik and Mary are friends of Victoria and Daniel, but the two families are slightly more formal, as Frederik and Mary are not as close to their Swedish relatives as they are to the Norwegian Royals . However the Swedish Royals do seem to be close to one another , and ae upset that Princess Madeleine and her family are still living in Florida, and have not returned to Stockholm.
