Fun fact about this song: Beethoven wrote this for his love Elise, which was one of his students back then; and her ability to play the piano wasn’t that good. So beethoven wrote the first part of this song to be easy, but when he found out Elise had a fiancé he got angry and sad so he decided to write the second part of the song in a harder manner so Elise wouldn’t be able to play the song fully. :>
What a sweet arrangement... I think Beethoven would have liked it! I'm partial to the viola with the melody toward the end (as that is my instrument too!) Nicely done all around!
Very nicely unexpected. Not sure where else to put this, so…. Ahem! Your fans need a full length recording of Schubert’s D.956, just as you performed it on your recent tour. Who do I need to incessantly annoy in order to get this done.
