Ugh Danny was so well meaning but toxic and I really wanted them to send him to therapy. Even in the end he got bette rebut like BARELY!!! He just realized that she mattered and had ambitions that weren’t wrapped up in him and he accepted it but like.... homie, work on your commitment snd control issues... you got mad fear

To the people complaining about Danny and Mindy's characters in this show, you all know this series is a cringe comedy right?

Omg, I swear. They act like it's a serious drama, their personalities are exaggerated for comedic effect.

@@ajaa1745 I’ve never had a problem with their characters because I know they’re comedically flawed. This show is full of satire and exaggerated personas. The issue I have isn’t with the characters, it’s with the writing of Danny’s character in season 4B. Though the characters are comedically flawed, they do go through a character development (for example, perfect example actually, Peter. The actor of Peter wanted to do other projects and his send off was great, but before he was written off as a main, he had some great development). Danny had character development while he was with Mindy, that was completely undone. Most of the complaints are about what the writers did to his character, making him unlikable. But prior to season 4B, his character was fine. His exaggerated Italian, Catholic personality was hilarious

@@whosaprettykitty5076 They had introduce conflict in their relationship, how else are they gonna write him off? It would be pretty hard to explain why a good bf/father suddenly isn't around as much.
