Danny Devito shares his thoughts on the Penguin and Batman Returns

Even though the backstory of his character is so off from any version in the comics, he's the best thing about the film and he gives a really compelling performance.

All Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot wanted was to be part of society which perfectly explains why he was the way he was which is extremely sad when you think about all the times the average person feels out of society and the score with him dying was done perfectly so shoutout to Elfman
