Thank You for this tutorial; easy and straight to the point! Just made my second batch today! I add 1tbsp of maple syrup and 3 packets of stevia! I’m so happy I know how to make these gummies! They’re so convenient!

Literally every recipe I’ve looked up requires boiling. Any temp over 140° will destroy the Mother. So I’m not sure how they can claim they want the benefits of the gummies WITHOUT realizing the Mother has to stay in tact to get those benefits.

I boil my water and let it cool down a bit and then add the ACV.

I think bringing the ACV to a boil is bad for it. Can't you just heat it?

It does, just warm it, no boil is what I did and my gelatin mixture dissolved just fine.

The lemon juice makes them shelf stable. They'll last much longer than it takes to eat them.
