Dapol servo actuated signals 

The plan is certainly to bring out as many variations as we can to compliment the rest of our existing range of signals. I would need to check with the design team to find out what is currently on the drawing board.

it was tested and all good, signal stays in the position it was last set in.

HI I Anglican, The black device is a connector that came with the DC power supply that we acquired online from a certain well known online store. Neither the connector nor the Power supply come with the signal but they are readily available.

@@dapoltv4705 Many thanks for your excellent and prompt reply. Forgive me I am a novice. So to make it work for my analogue sytem, what would items do I need to order to be able to hook up the signals to my guage master combi please?

@@TheHoplites Hi, You are more than welcome. I Have not tried it on a Gauge Master Combi myself, I would need to check with our Technical Manager before I cave any kind of firm commitment as to its suitability (I will get back to you when he replies). The Smoother and more regulated the power supply the better. Apart from an external power source the only other thing you might wish to purchase would possibly be extension cables to extend the distance between the signal and your chosen point of control.

@@TheHoplites Hi Ralph. The Instructions state between 9V & 12V in DC or up to 14V in AC. The model comes with quite comprehensive instructions, hence my own ability to wire one up in the video.

Hi, yes it is possible to remove the control mechanism from the signal superstructure. but it is not something we recommend doing repeatedly.

Hi, I have just (re) tested it on a new engineering prototype that i will be sharing with you all very soon. the box simply pulls away in a in a downwards direction with gentle force.
