I think that he has really well put lyrics that mix perfectly for the chorus and the rap. There is a clear release of energy when he performs and that is something that really grabs me and throws me into the experience.
ive had the chance to meet dappy of 3 occasions a total of several times during those days, and Dappy is kind hearted, but is portrayed as a 'criminal' in the papers and some people dont see past this, to the man who is dedicated to his craft, who is a loving father and loved his fans and always has time for them, yes he makes mistakes but dont we all do things we come to regret as he says 'anything i say you find a way to turn the table I aint saying im no sinner or any type of angel'

So what if he does whatever a lot of the best artists have been on sniff at 1 point, can't deny the raw talent he has, everybody is quick to judge like they have never done a thing bad, keep it up dappy,
on the beginning of that track he says "listen little man" this shows that he is trying to make young kids not make the same mistake as he did back then. He clearly doesnt state 'he' doesnt talk abt guns or anything.
I don't care about musicians personal life's, I only rate their music on how it sounds to the ear and I personally think dappy is improving. He's got his own style of music/singing which is cool. Nothing flashy (like vibrato or runs )but you cant call him shit coz hes really not.
