These creditors is not reading them laws once you send in a dispute they gone update the information and it's gone come back verified after about your 6th dispute you might get a deletion that 24 hr process is just a way for you to purchase there information and still wait for 30 days these credit bureaus hear the same stuff and codes repeatedly and if you file with cfpb that not investigative once they tell them the account has been updated and verified that's what they rilling with but some get lucky most don't
Wrong the law is the law no matter if they update their information or not the fact of the matter is there are multiple infringements that have been done against us and if you know the right things to say in the right way and send it to the right place you WILL be compensated with the discrepancies erased at the least.

You are 100% wrong , I’ve done it personally and for my family I’ve applied consumer law and I’ve got deletions in 24 hours . As long as you contact the CFPB they will ensure that the agencies fix your credit because the only bureau is the CFPB do your research before assuming that someone is lying about how fast credit can be repaired
