What's needed? Liquid cash. Everyone only has credit. If you have stacks of cash, you can capitalize on everyone's credit. A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. Cash can be king , but it depends on how much you have. I.E- if you have 300,000 cash when the house market crash occurs you will have a LOT more opportunities VS many others especially when people get foreclosed.

I have 2 chapter 11’s that are dismissed. The reason I have 2 is bcz I did not use an attorney. I was trying to stop an eviction, but when I went to try to add another month’s rent to the bankruptcy, but the guy filed another one. About a month later, I ended up losing my job. They are scheduled to fall off in January and March 2021. Since I’m looking to purchase a home soon but still there. After a recent post encouraging a low scoring forum member to be hopeful, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- several people have asked me how I got score from 426 to the 799 today. Hard work, patience, as well as asking many questions on this forum, have been my salvation. Not to say I haven’t slipped - I got so excited a few weeks ago when my score hit 799, and applied for a chase Auto Loan and amex 30k limit credit card (it was my birthday), and my score started slipping downward because of those new inquiries. I need not to beat myself up over those decisions, but oh well, you can’t change the past. To set things up, I have been in close contact with Leo at Creditbackdoors.Com who has never failed me since i knew him, i get loans and more benefits without having to worry.

At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. Unfortunately due to previous horrible stupid life decisions, I'm forced to start with a zero balance in my savings account. On the bright side, the huge amount of debt - consequence of those bad decisions will be payed off next month! 🥳 It's never too late to start saving like there's no tomorrow, and I'm really REALLY excited and motivated. Howdy - may I suggest you make *Linux Tech Corps* correlating this to the United States Credit Scoring System; you know, the system where an entire nation's people are enslaved by their government over systems exactly like this? Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *credit backdoors* service , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

I can tell you that yes the pandemic definitely caused people to realize their worth, as for myself I worked at a bakery where the wages paid were $8-$12. A tradeline means that you are a authorized user of someone else's credit card. You don't have to have possession of the card, but their credit history will reflect on your credit report...a parent or family member with EXCELLENT credit can be a "tradeline" I graduated college with 97,000 in debt"...that right there is a Huge problem..schools have become a business that drain students of money and yet, no one is stepping in to help the students who then graduate with massive debt and have difficulty paying it off...Having that much debt can be overwhelming for ANYONE...Especially a young 20 something who hasn't even began their career. But i really thank you for this video because i found Jack and within few weeks they fixed my Credit score which is hindrance by student loan and added a large tradeline thanks a lot creditbackdoors.com

We are building a new home that unfortunately went into receivership, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- we contacted our lender who advised us to let them know before the interest-only on our loan came to an end, we did this 6 weeks before that date and we were advised by the bank that we were given another 2 months on interest only, but now they have taken full payments for interest and principal and said we have to apply for funds to finish our home which has now been taken over by another contractor, we had contacted them and thy want us to pay rent of this mortgage, all due to no fault of ours, I was introduced to *850FINANCIALASSESSMENT.COM* who reverse this in no time for a little fee, he also helped clear our loan debts, we are forever indebted to him.

This happened to my son in NC. He was laid off during the pandemic, and assumed it was covid related. After he received the expanded benefits, he got a letter that his employer didn't let him go for the pandemic--they'd fired him. He was never told! He was expected to pay back the money--which had allowed him to rent an apartment and survive his unemployment. He fought it in court, and the court sided with him. But the former employer wouldn't let it go, and continued to insist he wasn't entitled to the benefits. If I could remember their name I would gladly shame them here. Screwing over poor people with no recourse isn't right. But thanks *Credit Backdoors* helped me receive mine without having to pay it back or be held in the court

@@mrveee12 Being fired is what allows you to get unemployment if it wasn't for something like insubordination, theft or attendance. Job did the samething to me and I call the edd on my way out of the door and they responded to my claim by lying and stating I war fired because of poor attendance. I was never late and never missed a day and had lots of sick and vacation time. So they pretty much lied and I had to go to court and won and I told the court that these greedy companies out here need to be held accountable for their criminal behavior. They said they are harder on the companies for this type of fraud but with as many people as I've heard they did this to I'm not convinced. Needless to say I've never had another job after that.

I really respect when we share information that can change someone's life for FREE. So many people keeps information like this and more to themselves so they can put a price tag on it. But even if you tell it for free it will never stop your money... its always going to be a customer that will still pay you to do it for them or to show them how to do it. His mindset is literally hustler/money maker. I wish I born into this mindset, I’d be further. I love when successful ppl talk about the benefits of credit cards. I’m so sick of ppl who aren’t good with them discouraging ppl from using them. Credit cards have changed my life. I’ve been able to go on luxury trips, traveled on points, my credit score went up, I pay all my bills down to my rent using credit cards. Of course I pay the cards off immediately, but I get a lot of points for paying my bills. Instead of using a debt card and earning nothing

I have 2 chapter 13’s that are dismissed. The reason I have 2 is bcz I did not use an attorney. I was trying to stop an eviction, but when I went to try to add another month’s rent to the bankruptcy, but the guy filed another one. About a month later, I ended up losing my job. They are scheduled to fall off in January and March 2021. Since I’m looking to purchase a home soon but still there. I am currently enrolled in *FUTURE IMPERATIVE* and I must say, I am loving it thus far. I’m doubling it up with your podcast videos and learning A LOT! Thank you. When trying to get late payments removed on an active account, if it cannot be verified by the bureaus, do they remove that late payment and show on time payment for that month, show no information available for that month, or delete that account off the credit report? I want to get my late payment history corrected but not sure how disputing with the credit bureaus affects the active account if they cannot verify the information to be accurate, I wouldn't have been able to take them off if not for the recommendations about *LINUX TECH CORPS* on google
