G’day. Beaut, review fella. I ended up buying the 1100 version with composite poles. Your review was instrumental in deciding between the Darche & the 23Zero offering… so thanks for that & much happy camping for you & your family. TimC from Brissy. 🇦🇺👍
Great review, I managed to find one on eBay,1100 model brand new, excited to get it next week and go camping! You explain everything really well mate. Good work.
Excellent review Sir...Iam a big fan of Darche products and its awesome to see a Respectful and Honest review of there swag..You have not hidden any flaws in the swag how you have reviewed this swag is exactly how it is..I appreciate the time and effort you have put into making this clip..I have also watched the seasoning clip and learned a handy tip from it..Thankyou.. I look forward to viewing more clips a huge thumbs up from me..
Thanks mate. I appreciate the feedback. They’re definitely a great brand but there’s always somewhere to improve. I’m glad you got some good information from the vids I’ll try to keep the info coming 👍🏽
Looks like a Kings with an lil extra storage space... On a personal note.. I think you make a great presenter... I hope ur channel gets more subs ... well deserved
@@OutNAboutAustralia Cheers mate, based on your review I grabbed an 1100 - got lucky and still managed to find a 30th anniversary one. Used it in Hillston a couple of weeks back when it was ferkin cold, only needed a lightweight sleeping bag despite it being covered in ice in the morning. No issues with ventilation either. Hutch is awesome for storage. Only downside of the swag is the packed down size and weight. She big and heavy.
Gday mate, Thanks for the review. It’s convinced me to pull the trigger on the dusk to dawn 1400+. How have you gone a year on. Any issues or things to be aware of?
Hey Brad, glad to have helped out mate. Still loving it, haven't run into any problems other than little things like zips getting caught up and guy ropes slightly fraying but on the whole it's holding up beautifully.
Hey mate great review. I was just wondering how do you find the head height whilst you’re in the swag. I’m a similar height to you and I’m a little worried I won’t be able to sit up as the head height is only 75cm compared some other swags 95cm.
Hey Alex, we seasoned ours with the swag but so far mate the bag is waterproof. We’ve had ours on the roof travelling in the rain and not a drop has gotten inside yet.
