They filmed a whole finale sequence with Monica, Ralph, Darcy and the kids stealing the Darkhold from Agatha's basement and fighting Senor Scratchy who was a demon in disguise, but they didn't finish the CGI in time so it got cut. Matt Shakman talked about it on Kevin Smith's podcast.
Considering that she was not snapped, she literally had 5 years to become a hyper competent ditz. She's not going to stop snarking, but a snarker that knows exactly what she is talking about radiates Tony Stark energy.
I lvoe that she was inspired to make something of herself and be a good AND RATIONAL person. Someone pulls out a gun? She knows things going to get loud, covers her ears. Heroic dude getting pulled apart? GO HELP! Day saved? wannabe Villain must be somewhere getting ready to escape. Preemptively stop him.
in the span of like 15 years this woman went from Political Science Student being a Astrophysics Intern TO BEING A WHOLE DOCTOR IN ASTROPHYSICS. WE STAN A STEM GODDESS.
Little dissapointed that Darcy only shows up a few second in the last episode. Yet again that is so Darcy Kinda actually hoping an interaction between Darcy and Wanda
She was supposed to be there, but Kat Dennings couldn't be on set for the last episode due to scheduling complications, probably because of COVID restrictions

Darcy is the best side character we've gotten in a long time from any show. and I really, REALLY hope she gets more screen time in the future because she is basically all of us in those moments.
@@lexileviosa9129 but the series is set after the events of endgame that happen in 2023. So, if we talk about the character (darcy) it's okay to say: 2023 but if we were talking about the actress (Kat Dennings) it should be 2021, but that's not the case

@@smileyforever292 The production stated they did have plans for her, but Kat Dennings couldn't travel to finish filming due to COVID restrictions so that's why her screentime was so short in the end.
One could argue the Agatha is pretty funny as well, considering she made up Agnes’ jokes, and she had some pretty funny lines when she wasn’t pretending to be Agnes.
i mean Max Black is a little more brutal/savage than Darcy but yeah gotta admit, very similar "snarky lady" characters, but it's hard to complain because Kat Dennings pulls it off so well!
I really hope we get more Dr. Darcy Lewis in Marvel shows & movies. Now that she's an all-purpose astrophysicist/hacker/scientist, she can help anywhere. She's always been one of my faves. Relatable. Fun. Cuts through the nonsense. QUEEN
I've been saying this since Thor 1 But Darcy gotta be one of my favorite characters in the mcu,she is just so incredible 😅 I want to see her interacting with Luis
Darcy is the best, I love her. I need a show based on Jimmy, Darcy and Monica, they are a great trio and so hilarious. I wanted more screen time for Darcy in the finale, I spected that she may meet Wanda, I think they didn't give her the time that she deserved
Thor 1 was in 2011, Endgame/WandaVision is in 2023 and Darcy wasn't snapped, so she's now 12 years older than during her internship. Your math actually checks out, from a certain point of view.
