Capt.Arivananthan is a trainer and a leadership coach. He is the founder and director of Wealth-IQ-Network Sdn Bhd. He is a Ship Captain who started his career as a navigation officer with MISC-Bhd.
For 13 years he has been sailing across 7 Oceans, been to 6 Continents and 49 Countries.
Since he has had experience in most of the marine adventures, he has acquired a wide and in-depth knowledge in leadership skills and unique problem solving & decision-making abilities. His vast experience has enabled him to coach various local & international companies on Leadership & Strategic Thinking Skills. He has trained more than 200 companies and up to 20,000 people. He is also a Design Thinking Professional from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
