Before Marvel kicked off the MCU and changed the superhero genre forever, the early 2000’s were trying to capitalize on the genre as well, given the success of Spider-Man and X-Men. The problem is, they didn’t really know exactly how to do that.
2003’s Daredevil starring Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner and Colin Farrell, is the perfect example of this. The movie is kind of a mess and raises a whole lot of questions. Like how Daredevil’s powers so inconsistent? What’s up with that weird playground fight between Matt Murdock and Elektra Natchios? Why don’t the villains have any defining character traits other than just being evil?

Yes but not to that ridiculous an extent. Daredevil doesn't have Spidey's super strength or durability, the only reason for his insane agility is that his balance is also enhanced. He's like a more grounded Spidey limited to agility and Spider Sense.

In one episode a whole battalion of ninjas are stalking him through and empty industrial building (lots of echo) and he never hears them coming. I don't care how silent ninjas are. So Elizabeth has been impregnated with this alien octopus baby, and she's about to give birth. Ew, wait. Is this one of those Japanese cartoons? Kinda. So anyway, she makes it to the super-advanced tech auto-surgeon, but it's only programmed for men. Why is it only programmed for men? Unclear. Maybe the bazillionaire was too cheap to download the DLC. OK. So, anyway, she reprograms it, gets inside, and it performs a cesarean section and removes the slimy squirmy octopus baby. _Gags_ Wouldn't reprogramming a super-advanced tech auto-surgeon to perform a cesarean be hard? Super easy! Barely an inconvenience! She just presses some buttons. Cesareans are TIGHT! They are! And then she runs and jumps off cliffs. How does she do that? I mean, she just had surgery... The auto-surgeon stapled her up and gave her strong drugs. Get off my back. OK. :)

Honestly dare devil was pretty faithful and had a great representation of punisher (the character) in season 2 but punisher (the show) was not very faithful
