I am top main playing pretty much only Renekton/Pantheon for the past few seasons but I used to play Darius a bit back in the days and I just felt like picking him up and learning him all over again.. so i went to RU-vid and looked for guides and this video covers pretty much everything. This is a really well done guide, as a Darius main myself i find some interesting takes. Some points I may disagree is, in lower brackets I believe taking overgrowth is better. Usually you win the lane anyway, most of the times you'll take the 5 plates anyway. So the extra life I think is better for TF's. In the item build sometimes you can fitt in the black cleaver, it gives MS and you can pretty much delete tanks. And in the matchups I think Wukong is actually a Darius counter, he can all in him at lvl 1 and win. He can use E or W to dodge the outer part of the Q.
I absolutely love your guides! I went from bronze to gold with a 67% win precent as fiora. Ive finally started looking for counters into champs I’m bad into. Darius was going to be my next pick up, but i dont see teemo on the match-ups list. I NEED A TEEMO COUNTER
Hey, as a Sion main in can tell you that i love playing against teemo. E => Q => auto everytime he try to CS and post 6 E => R => Q => auto = Dead teemo. this matchup is a roflstomp for Sion
That mid game example you gave was pretty clean. The only thing is that counting on your team to make the calls when you apply pressure bot doesn't really work below diamond at least. You say your team isn't disciplined but imagine at low elo they dont know how to react most of the time since they are on autopilot mode or they just don't have the knowledge on what to do.
Granted im in silver but im consistently getting S or S- after watching this. Biggest takeaway for me is to go dblade 99% of the time. I've got to where Olafs don't even give me issues anymore.

Your guides are so helpful! Do you have any advice on learning the ranged matchups when playing things like Olaf and Darius? Like are there certain high elo players I should watch?
1 thing i think u didnt talk about is that u can e r and the r goes through while they are cced. Mostly used for fiora w and for champs that have stopwatch
Just one thing, as a master wukong main, this is actually a skill matchup/wukong favored, wukong can win lvl 1 against darius with ignite and E start because of his passive, and for level 6 wukong easily wins
could you do like a kind of video where you explain the mental aspect of league? something like how to focus on improve and not losing motivation etc, because sometimes i truly lost the motivation or feel so bad playing at the game and i dont even have the will for playing, even tho i wanna get better and improve and the game and i may have the wrong mentality and thats why i get so frustrated or sad playing it :(

I found it was a great way to understand how a champion works to his core to have better chances against them. Do you have any tips on how to track runes like conqueror ? i seem to get lost and never really pay attention to it?
At the page about item builds, what do you mean with 900-1050 = pickaxe + 2 longswords? A pickaxe and 2 longswords do not cost anything inbetween 900 and 1050 gold. A pickaxe costs less than 900 gold and 2 longswords do too. A pickaxe and a longsword doesnt cost 1050 either so I can't get it to make sense.
One quick thing. Vayne and quinn isn't that hard for darius as a matchup as long as you've phase rush and cosmic insight secondary. Phase rush is actually a very solid rune for darius vs those ranged champs with dashes and built in disengage since it allows u catch up to them following their disengage spells. Watch dariking (Korean challenger otp) games vs quinn and vayne if you're not sure how to play the matchup correctly. Haven't lost a single lane to vayne or quinn after picking phase rush darius into them. Would instead recommend for people to ban yorick or maybe gp. A yorick player who isn't dumb is going to ruin your day regardless of how well you play unless you get the wave frozen on your side and never let him get lvl 6.
As a Yorick main, it is actually the opposite, Darius is the free-est matchup for Yorick, because Yorick can poke him down with 4 ghouls and there really isn't anything darius can do, Yorick's W if landed can make dari's Q useless, so Ijust want to disagree about that.

55:45 how do you know if you should freeze here or shove and take a plate while Renekton is dead/coming back. I guess if you go for a plate then back he'll get a plate too? Also if you shoved maybe you wouldn't have enough gold for item power spike?

I see you have put Nasus in Free(tier list) but actually if you stick with conquerer nasus beats darius after 6. I think some of those matchups actually force you to pick phase rush even though you said to not pick phase rush. I am confused.
Nasus all in isnt as flexible as darius all in and nasus loses HARD pre6, darius can easily deny everything from him and once a darius is 3-0 it doesnt matter who you are against you can run them down
Can you show xp range and when it’s good to kill opponent but dies in the process to deny him wave and when it’s not due to few minions/shutdown/xp you give due to difference in leves etc
