Darjeeling is a hill station in the northern part of West Bengal which has a lot of historical importance. The film explores the city through the eyes of a poet who comes alone to find solace in the hill station.
The poet falls in love with the cloud, and gets emotionally attached. He finds his muse in the cloud of Darjeeling and explores his love and the city, together with moments of ecstasy and despair.
