Did the DA intercessor squad from the lists make it on to the table? I don't recall seeing them.

Can you guys re-read the Winged Hive tyrant weapons? THe Bone sword has twin linked, and your don't get the extra attakcs from sything talons, becasue are the ones you have to equip instead of bone swords. It is jsut wrong that the feet are not the extra attacks, it messes with my head, I was doing it wrong too, but them's the rules.

They should just use the Dimachaeron model for the norn assimilator. It looks so much better, for basically the same lore. Sure it's bigger if you count the chineys and a bit longer but it really doesn't make that much difference. It's just the same GW replacing good stuff with mediocre.

can you do that? I mean: 1st company is another detachment, if you want to play actual dark angels you have to use the unforgiven task force.... don't you?

It's currently allowed. We'll see what happens when the Dark Angels codex comes out but all signs point to them keeping it as is and just adding even more Dark Angels specific detachments. Only limitations currently are that you can't mix chapter keywords in any detachment and that you must be to use the Unforgiven Task Force detachment.

No actually, but the chapter specific detachment is available to you if you pick DA specifically (There's a DA player and SW player who go to my shop, they rock the generic detachments all the time).

Combat isn't great this edition lol. Come on Bridger you play Custodes. Why did they get nerfed? Wasn't for oppressive shooting this edition. Why did Liams list just actually trash LGT? Combat is alive and well on WTC and GW Layouts and will continue to be relevant anytime the middle objective isn't wide open in the middle or you have 6 objectives. The new ruins rules are great for competitive play. Now Aircraft on the other hand....

Hey it's Darkangels... ...no Deahwing Knights, but regular Assault Terminators???... ...why keeps the player in charge of the first legion on talking the Lion's best men down???... seriously, you can do better Titans. really hard to watch this time as a DA player.

It might just be me, but the games with Bridger are the worst for me. He just in my mind give of a energy of not caring about 40k any more. He still not know the rules of 10th, does not seem to care to learn the army rules he is playing and just a general energy of being done with 40k.

Having him not like the army in a lore sense, not really care for playing them and a balance mismatch on the table. It's a bad combo. Spent the entire game complaining and mocking them too which really just didn't feel good. Imagine if it was an underpowered Space Wolf list and he spent the entire game making furry jokes, or Tau and fish/commies etc. It's nice to see your army get played in different ways, it's not nice to see them played with negativity in every word and action.

@@Henghast Yeah the mocking tone he had towards the army did not help. I feel like he should have stoped playing 40k when 9th was winding down, back then he liked the game at least.

I get what you mean in some ways. And it’s hard. I thought about taking a hobby pro and I decided that I’d end up hating my hobby because it would no longer be an escape. I don’t mind his attitude but he does seem a little down lately. Especially since 10th. That said, 10th is excessive like 7/8 and it’s not fun for me at all either. Older editions had wisdom in real force org charts that never changed.

Bridger is just.. really bad at 40K isnt he. That list was so bad, no Death Wing Knights, First Company Task Force? He also really played bad with Knights last time, just getting slapped all the time

As a Nids fan, hate to say it, but you should really repaint that army.. It's quite substandard compared to your other armies you field, nothing worse than a bad air brush job.
