Annie and I recently found these Dark Chocolate Keto Nuggets from Costco. The goal was to try to find a treat that could replace junk food snacks like chocolate bars, kit kats, etc. The ingredients in this snack include organic coconut, dark chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, tapioca syrup, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, erythritol, quinoa, inulin, sea salt, natural flavor, and zanthan gum. One serving is 150 calories, and it's a very small amount. I honestly do not believe it's worth the calories, however, it seems like a healthier replacement compared to other sweet sugary treats. It has the crunch I long for, and it definitely hits the spot in terms of sweetness.
It's also a little too addicting, so you have to be careful of how many you eat. And, it melts in your fingertips really easily... so be prepared for a little mess.
I found them on amazon... they're a little pricey, but you can probably find them on sale at costco if you have a membership.
