Very good. Such a joy to see a quality recipe made the right way. A nice touch of class all the way, thank you. I would add some gelatin as an alternative to the cornstarch. It won't be as silky but adds more nutrition and drops glycemic index. This looks very yummy and is the most sensible recipe so far. NY Times please note: Background music is detrimental to cooking videos. Instead of creating a mood, it only acts as a continuous background irritant preventing full concentration. Professional cooking channels do not use music. It reduces the recipe to a trivial level rather than serious. Much better and more Zen without background noise.
Oh Melissa love how you cook stuff and the simplicity with attention to detail is so cool but I think you should try some Latino dishes or some French dishes your stuff is too American I want to try something different. Just a thought ! Peace
