I am surprised with how you use the toy box engine. Most others I've seen also run toy tank for the extra draw/body and use the soldier search for a level 4 light like barrier statue or blazing cartesia. May I ask why do you only run the soldier and search another toy box instead of the extend? Still, impressive stuff as usual.
I wanted to test out the smallest Toy Box engine possible to makes space for other cards. The idea was to use Toybox to mill out my deck, draw into floodgates and then build into Magia for the win. Extenders are great and I will be testing Toy Tank and Barrier Statue in future video! I'm unsure about Blazing Cartesia since I currently prefer the Nadir package.
Love following you vids . Helps me understand and stay true to DM . But I am curious when the new shining sorc drops… will it this deck change again? Will magia be a staple? I have questions and concerns
I would say Magia can be a staple but only if we have room for the Nadir Package. If there isn't enough room, we'll play different decks for Magia and Shining Sarcophogus. Hard to say which one is superior until it comes.
I’ve never used the toy box engine so this is definitely some new for me. I’ve seen a couple other people use it as well. I have to expand my extra deck in order to play some of these cards but I’m definitely feeling this deck.
It was my first time using Toy Box too!! Definitely a good engine for DM decks which also offers some defense during the opponent's battle phase. The extra deck is getting tighter and tighter. Never thought I'd remove DMDK from my deck :(
@@Ddoge2024 yes definitely bro the extra deck is getting tighter and more difficult to pick from. I just try to use the ones that work against most decks lol. I see what you talking about with toys box engine helping with defense too so I’m going to try and add this to a deck soon. DMDK is one of the most important pieces to my gameplay I’m definitely sad to see it go but I understand the limits of it as well. Lately Yubel has been the issue for me 🤦🏿♂️
@@SuitGod95 I feel you bro. Yubel is so frustrating but the one thing about them is that they're not an OTK deck. You just need to have souls on the field and some defence from Toy Box to keep the duel going. Activate Max C as soon as you know it's a Yubel deck before they summon their fusion.
@@Ddoge2024 thanks for the advice i will definitely do that. My kashtira dark magician deck is the one deck that gives Yubel trouble but only cause of the kashtira engine. I’m going to add the toy box engine for sure for some added defense.
Feels good to have a boss monster thats good like dragoon in master duel but it feels like when he’s gone we’re pretty much struggling to stay alive cause we’re out of resources. Could i add a Winda/shaddoll schism to give them floodgate too? Just don’t know which 2 extra deck monsters should it replace
Schism package would be nice but finding extra deck space is tough. For one, I would actually remove Predaplant Verte since I hardly used it in my duels. I found sending the Predaplant fusion to search ultimate fusion next turn was good enough for me since I don't like relying on Magia too soon.
Oh damn you playing naidr servant too. Which monsters do you send in your extra deck? I think i send apkallone and the synchro monster that grabs a ritual moster
It depends but ideally to summon Magia, I'll send the Predaplant fusion and Blue Eyes Ultimate. Predaplant fusion lets me search Ultimate Fusion and allows me to summon Magia next turn (assuming I have Illusion of Chaos in my hand)
