If you wanted to count "good cards" as being "playable/competitive" then these would have been good picks - Book of Moon, Cold Wave, A Hero Lives, Monster Reborn, Skill Drain, Cosmic Cyclone, Soul Charge, Glow-Up Bulb, Mathematician, Debris Dragon, Card Trooper, Green Baboon Defender of The Forest (Yes it was a big competitive card for a while when it first came out back in the day), Dragon Ravine, and Foolish Burial. There are others in there that have been good too but those stood out to me. Fun opening actually despite the bad products lol.
Scam packs LETSGO. But in all honestly you never truly know unless you pull, but the odds are heavily against you in these Walmart mystery packs. Can't wait for part 2!
They always put stuff like the baboons and the sphinxes in these things when they need a high rarity. The cards that every person inexplicably had multiple of as a child.
Your editor needs to make the value of pequeno moth increase the way the lifepoints in the anime do, and then end up as the infinity symbol. Goated card.
I actually love these openings, they’re less about the cards and more about Ruxin shaming the products Triple-sleeving the Moth really got me lol, just Ruxin things
That was a pretty good ending indeed! After all the crap that was opened throughout, finally a good card at the end. At least you cleared the challenge of finding one good card of value
I really like the challenge aspect with these kinds of videos! Also scratches that near-irresistible itch of wanting to buy these knowing well they are most likely horrendous.
YOO! Actually that sudden card in the end was pretty cool! I can't wait to grow my collection! :) Also the pequeno moth price i was checking TCG right away! LOL Shout out to happy for the opportunity of the giveaway!
Surprising the last mystery box walmart did, the mystery monster box, which had a mat, sleeves, binder and a structure deck was something I bought and actually liked
Hey, Happy! You made this a really interesting challenge! Quite fun to turn these awful products into something worth opening hahah! They made for a really nice video for sure. Let's see how part two goes!
I think this video was a really neat idea. Remember pulling a tri horned dragon from walmart packs, but not sure what version it is from older walmart packs (it was before the 25th anniversary) if someone could tell me, id appreciate it. Shoutout to happy for this interesting idea!
I have yet to give any of the mystery packages a shot. Maybe I will one day for fun when I need sleeves or something, but from videos Ive seen they are rarely worth the attempt.
Melffy cards for the W! Shoutout to Happy for the awesome boxes for the videos. This girl I dated got me soooo many of these once and I had to break it to her but we had fun her first time opening yugioh products.
HAS anyone ever gotten one of the "chase" cards from these packs or the little cubes? Y'know, the cubes that have photos of starlights and such on them.
Second party, you mean. All of these are put together by MJ Holdings, who is the official retail distributor for all of North America. Every single pack you've ever seen in a Target, Dollar General, Walmart, etc., was put there by them meaning you can't buy actual packs at retail stores either if you're following your corrected logic. All of this stuff is just a way for them to sell their unsold stock.
