It's really impressive that Tomar was able to play off that Tomar Emerald they find in the temple as just a "crystal", I don't know how the guys didn't realize what was happening there.

I absolutely love source, without a doubt the best game engine of all time. Its depressing how shallow (and expensive) visuals are more in demand these days instead of the versatility source brought. For an engine that’s been used to create so many amazing games, this one in particular is super impressive. There’s so much stuff this game pulls off well that I never thought the early 2000s build could manage.

In retrospect this game is like one those VR games from nowadays where all you do is fuck around with NPCs and physics except without VR component. Good times, good times..

If you guys feel sad about this being an incomplete series here's what you need to do: Email Chris and tell him how much it upsets you everytime he drops your favourite game of all time. Incase anybody wants a good play through of full game, I recommend funhaus one. Easily one of their best

Hi. I know this is a long shot, but I remember a game similar to this in terms of setting in a fantasy world. I only remember most of the enemies being Orcs and one of the bosses being a cyclops. I also remember that you had a female companion with you that was only a voice in your head and there was also different stats given to you by items. Again, a long shot but I want to relive games from my childhood

This is one of their funniest playthroughs and it's only 1 hour. Meanwhile we have a 14+ hour YIIK playthrough that was just pure pain. Please... Please...

So I did check up on Lyles claim that "you weren't allowed to have a Bible" and it ends up not being true. A lot of books used to be hand written. All of it. So only the well off and privileged people had any books at all and only the most privileged members of the clergy would have the copies of the Bible. In fact, it is most likely that the clergy shared the one bible assigned to the particular church. While Bible ownership wasn't common they still had availability to biblical material(letters and writings from the apostates, which were copied and exchanged all over Asia minor,North Africa and Europe). Only after printing became a thing it started to become more available to the common folk. But I wouldn't be surprised that some people who infiltrated the church used the fact that the Bible wasn't common to their own selfish needs.

i rhink some more little spund effects luke in the origional mario party game would be nice! like some beeps accompanying the countdown, etc. just helps the game feel more lively!
