Because even today in 2022, the pressure on students to pursue stereotypical degrees like engineering, doctor, etc. is real. A kid has to convince his parents to allow him to do something like becoming a RU-vidr, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, etc. But why the situation is like this? Why do we have such strong stereotypes?
