Alright kiddies.. Life lesson for this video. A gate/fence system like that isn't built in a work shift. The brick mortar alone takes time to dry. You have to lay all the bricks which wouldn't take too long, but then you go back after and put the finish mortar in between, use a nice little tool to make it look nice and use a special acid/spray to remove the extra off the face of the bricks. It takes at least 2 days to complete something like that. Jesse would have see at least the brick there when he left in the morning. Now, he's paying rent right? Supposedly he has 2 years of rent paid (30k his dad took) and his dad thinks he can lock him out? Riiiggghht . Dad is a lot smarter than that and knows his son has rights, one of them being, he's renting, he has tenant rights. Now the gate system. I completely agree with it. Some of you bastards show up to his house uninvited and that's very, very rude. You kids might not understand this, but your parents should. But I think it's funny that he's making this video, making it out that his dad did it so he doesn't look so bad to his kiddie fans.
