I would demand everyone who does Comanche to air there shady past as that would be fair and justified for a change so speak up and tell the world the horrible mistakes you have made
Cote was a unique style of heroine. Her character was an interesting blend of mystery, toughness, compassion, introversion, very high level training, depth and pure heat. Ziva is almost like a realistic version of a Lara Croft type character. I love women like that.
Downhomesunset actually they said that he knew he was leaving for awhile before that so people need to stop reading into the little things that aren't really clues!
THANK YOU! I yelled the correct pronunciation at my phone. I don’t know that I can trust a source that does not even pronounce the characters’ names right
Kate left:That's not hurting...we have Ziva Jenny left:Ok that's a not a huge loss Ziva left:That hurts.. Tony left:Wait whaaattttt Abby left:It's over mannnnnn I couldn't bear thiss.......
LOL that would be a good one. "Sir you are speeding and you have been drinking".. Weatherly says: But i am very special agent Dinnozzo from NCIS I never drink on the job". Sir there is a liqour bottle next to you"... All joking aside at least he handled the situation with grace.
After Ziva left we had Tony, after Tony left I think a lot of viewers left.... I watch old episodes rather than the new ones... I don't like the new cast
Agreed, i've liked none of the chicks that replaced Ziva and after tony left so did a ton of interest. I havent seen the new ones where Abby left but a lot of viewers would prolly leave with her.
I think I saw somewhere that Michael didn't leave because of his dui... correct me if I'm wrong but I thought he said he was feeling like he overstayed his welcome and he wanted to spend more time with his family. Nevertheless I miss watching him on NCIS. He is an amazing actor (especially in his last episode, they finally let him showcase his talent) despite his incredible talent I do agree with him that it felt kind of like he overstated his welcome after cote left. I had to stop watching. They had such good chemistry together and trying to get him with Zoe was a huge mistake on behalf of the writers/executers. I just can't imagine tony being with anyone other than ziva and they're not even on the show anymore! 😂 I miss being able to sit down once a week and watch my favorite shows with my favorite characters. Jesus, I just realized how long this is. I just need to rant every now and then 😂😂
What does Jesus have to do with it? That is either such thoughtless speech or it is truly hating a group of people by trying purposely to offend them...I’m not really picking on you Gracie, the name taking just touches a nerve every time someone has to use His name to get across their point. I wish you well, I hope you know that Jesus does too.
i’ve always wondered something while watching NCIS…..why do the agents always ask the suspects to prove they had nothing to do with the crimes?…. like sometimes they say do you have an alibi to prove your innocence?……um, suspects don’t have to prove anything… only the agents have to prove things.
I too left after Michael left. I felt the show humiliated him, and never allowed him to grow as an actor until the last hand full of episodes. I attempted to watch an episode recently, couldn't get through the first fifteen minutes. NCIS was awesome at one point, now it is just an after thought.
@Diane Newman That post was three years ago. I haven't given NCIS a second look. They lost me as a viewer. Never going back. I guess I did get over it. Good for me!
The reason Michael Weatherly left was to star on a show of his own (Bull), not due to his DUI. He was caught speeding after having drinks with friends and his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit, but he didn't cause an accident or injure anyone.
I thought I was going to leave after Tony was gone but Nick made me stay. He's no Tony but I like him a lot! What really broke my heart was when Abby left
To me Tony was the second biggest star of the show, he kind of made it balanced by playing the class clown while Harmon is almost always the work focused no time for bs kind of guy. Not to mention the great dynamic of Tony and Ziva.
Anthony Williams- Paulie is NOT leaving NCIS. The articles proclaiming her leaving are junk. If the show is concerned she looks “too young” they’d adjust her make up to look older. Tabloid journalism. 🙄
Watch the show you're talking about & learn the correct pronunciation of character & actors names before you make your videos. BTW: It's pronounced DaVeed not David.
I love love love NCIS. I miss Ziva and Tony sooooo much! The show isn't' the same without them. I love all the other characters too but all together they made a phenomenal cast and they clicked together so well. Sadly ......... those were the days eh? 😔
I despise that intel girl they poached.. they introduced her as this savant-like analytical genius with all sorts of quirks and social issues and BAM... within a year she's just like everyone else on the show and even married. What a ridiculous unwatchable rewrite of the character.
How sad, for 21 years years I met with, taught, laughed with and enjoyed in class, with about 180 12 year olds for 7 hours a day, then went home and graded papers, made lesson plans, called parents etc!, and didn't quit till I was 70! Somewhere in there I did love and enjoy my own family! I loved it, was paid well, had summers off, but nothing close to actors on primetime TV ! Sorry to hear that it's such a hard job for a young, apparently healthy, woman!
Thanks Nicki for posting this - but as a former NCIS Superfan (the show is crap now....that's JMO and I'm sticking to it) who still loves most of the previous seasons, your video suggested that Weatherly left because of his "alchohol issues". That actually isn't true. He, his beloved Co-Star Cote, some of the longtime writers on the series, former producers, etc. ALL had issues with MARK HARMON and the late Gary G. Mr. Harmon may be the "Star", but he made sure EVERYONE on the set knew it. He is undoubtedly THE Common Denominator for many of the issues other cast/crew members had on the series. There were many creative differences, and Weatherly even mentioned this. Mark has a SERIOUS ego problem, and wanted to keep the spotlight on him, rather than the share the ever-increasing limelight with two of the biggest characters on the show - the Tony and Ziva storyline. He and Gary began to stifle the creativity for the development of these characters.....and fans began to NOTICE, including famous fans like Rachel Ray. He has paid a tremendous price for alienating his most popular former cast-mates. NCIS tanked shortly after their departure, and has never - nor will EVER be - what it once was. THAT is the sad truth of the matter.
MsNiceNic MsNiceNic You know. What you said makes me think that maybe that's the REAL reason why the character Ziva suddenly quit the show. She just got tired of Mark being an ass behind the camera. She was the flavor that made the show so colorful. Its past time for the show to be decommissioned.
I completely agree with you Tanner. She was such an amazingly, deep, complex, multi-layered character. She was the PERFECT balance opposite sarcastic, not-quite-as-complicated, jokester DiNozzo. When the former script writers started speaking out about (and then CBS tried to slap some of them with gag orders)....then I KNEW something smelled "fishy"...as they say. It's true: all that glitters certainly isn't gold :-/
I am thinking if Harmon is probably the reason wwhy also Pauley Perrette is leaving after this season? NCIS lived from the characters and now many characters left. I quit after de Pablos exit, just watched the last episodes with Weatherly and I had the feeling that NCIS got worse in story telling.
every single item you mentioned was backed up with newspaper & magazine articles, what information in this video is supposed to be hidden? it's just another clickbatey title backed up with s***!
Now if they can only figure out how to get rid of Shepherd. Her character only made sense in the first two shows she was in and then suddenly she's an 87 lb Ninja. Talk about a character with absolutely no credibility, or acting ability.
I love these sensationalist video titles. "Tried to Hide". What.... by not making a special episode of the show where they break character and air all the actors' dirty laundry? It's not the place of the show to report news involving the cast... that's what the NEWS is for.
It's hypocritical that Cote leaves it's like don't let the door hit you in the ass and Michael leaves it's door is always open. Granted she did leave a few days before shooting which was I admit was bad timing.
I’ve grown up watching NCIS. I’ve been watching it since I was 9, (I know, not the best show for a 9 year old) and now I’m almost 16. After Micheal Weatherly, Cote De Pablo and many other actors I love left, I kind of just got bored of it. I still watch it every now and then. It’s definitely a show I could never let go.
i quit watching NCIS after ziva left(didn't even watch the first 2 seasons because sasha alexander character was kind of boring and bland), it wasn't the same and now its literally unbearable to watch
@Courtney Boeck: wait, so if you didn't watch the first 2 seasons then how did you know that Kate's character was "boring" and bland"? Aren't you just contradicting yourself here? At least Kate was a much more realistic character than Ziva, Ziva might have been popular with fans but she was too unrealistic of a character.
Linda L don't call someone unrealistic because you don't understand the character. She was special and different than the other but she wasn't unrealistic
I didn't call anyone unrealistic, I called a fictional character on a TV show unrealistic, there's a difference, and how do you know I don't understand her character? Just because I disagree with your opinion and think she's unrealistic, does not mean I don't understand her character. If you think she's special and you like her then that's your opinion, but I think she's too unrealistic and too exaggerated of a character to be relatable, and I'm entitled to my own opinion too.
His voice is also very hoarse, I had noticed it when he had his first big weight loss ,since then I notice it every now and again ...I know he was at one time a big smoker, and wondered if he had suffered problems related to his smoking habit.
Ziva left, I left. thought about coming back, then Tony left, so, whatever. But. Up until Ziva leaving.. Holy crap stick.. what an AMAZING show. I can binge NCIS at any time. And, no hard feelings on Kate. Even though she wanted out.. in the long run, I think we all agree, Kate does down as one of the best characters ever on the show. And she was killed off before she overstayed her welcome. I dont think Kate had 8 seasons on content. Ziva was a MUCH deeper character from the get go, and was part of what made the first ten years so damn good. Still kinda bummed we never got to see a Tony/Ziva romance, even though the sexual tension was palpable from the moment she entered the office till the moment the plane took off. Ahh well, At Least They'll Always Have Paris. (Which I think is supposed to let us believe they DID hook up in Paris on that assignment. They deny it too much, yet they have those moments of eye contact.. Then the last line between them.,, both a movie line for Tony and the Paris line for them together... perfect. Besides, who didnt love Jeanne? Before we learned about the UC, that was #wifegoals for Tony. And then the episode where he finally lets her go, the one with the stolen baby for adoption.. He has that letter from Jeanne in his pocket and he got soaked on the lawn in the sprinklers, so he sits in front of the fire, looking over at Gibbs, Mcgee, Ziva and Ducky, and he loves her of course.. but his true family is here. And so into the fireplace and the letter is consumed, while a song about family plays the credits. Such good TV.
Jeff Cirelli one of the coolest things about Ziva, is that Cote was picked and hired on spot partly because of her chemistry with Weatherly. He was to act out if script and the producers loved her response to him so much. It was the usual Ziva and Tony bicker. This was also before Ziva was well.... Ziva! She was originally supposed to be a European immigrant, but it was changed after landing the part. שלום!
And they left it up to interpretation of whether Ziva was alive still. Because they hinted at it when Tony said he was going to go Ziva's favorite place to travel to. I want to see an NCIS and Bull crossover episode I think it'd be great.
Loved the first two seasons with Katlyn, so pissed when they killed her, hated Ziva at first but I saw the chemistry the team had and grew to love her character. But after the her walk out for no plausible reason days before shooting was supposed to begin with nothing to the fans except "bye" I felt so betrayed, I still to this day can't watch reruns with her in them. The new blonde sorry no chemistry, no nothing, and since they lost Tony. NCIS+RIP they should have cancelled and left NO and LA to carry on,
B Perry I know!! The show is so lame now, the only reason I keep watching is Pauley, but she’s leaving on season 15 so I’m leaving too. I keep watching the first seasons tho.
My childhood show. Thou I stoped watching when Michael Weatherly (wrong spelling I would guess) left. He was my favorite and after that I have heard mixed likings to the show. Alot of people I know ignored the last seasons and just rewatch the old.
TheBloodyFox i stopped watching after he left, him and the gibbs characters really made the show what it was. Plus who couldn't like the tony character he kept things fun to watch the show died when he left.
Two things: 1) 'To err is human, to forgive divine' people make mistakes in life so who is anyone to judge? 2) If your main stars are no longer part of the show then you no longer have a show; so end it gracefully.
Honestly, yea. Keeping it alive feels like beating a dead horse. It was over for me when Ziva left, then a total hands down with Tony. Now Abby? Abby was my role model growing up as a little girl. Id have gibbs and ducky do a planned retirement, promote McGee to Gibbs' position and call it an end. So it's like, NCIS will continue on with McGee after the show ended.
If NCIS is Tanking why are the ratings still so very high? I mean 13.60 million viewers is still a high number and that is for the episode that came on Tuesday. If this show is gonna tank they need the numbers to be in like 1.11 million viewers and I don't see that happening anytime soon, but you never know what is gonna happen from one season to the next. I think Paulie is leaving so she doesn't have to dye her hair anymore, I mean a year or so ago she had an allergic reaction to hair dye and had to go to the ER. Michael left because he wanted to branch out and he was getting his own show. Plus this show is on its 15th season that is rare nowadays so maybe the other actors want to do something different. I have never heard of Mark Harmon being a bad guy on the set and if he is so bad they would have fired him like they did Thomas Gibson from Criminal Minds.
Ziva said the scripts were not good enough?! I don't see her in shows with "better" scripts since. As a matter of fact, I only saw her in one short show after the NCIS.
I'm not surprised they didn't mention anything about Pauley Perrette revealing the reality behind the character Marty Pearson sudden break-up with Abby in the 17th episode of NCIS 4th season. I love their chemistry and it made me feel sad when I heard Pauley talk about the tragic loss in an interview. Abby's boyfriend Marty is written out the show in this episode because the actor, Michael Gilden, died (death by suicide). [source www.ncisfanwiki.com/m/page/4.17+-+Skeletons] He took his own life on December of 5th, 2006 while Season 4 was being filmed. Gilden was married to Meredith Eaton. Pauley Perrette and Meredith met and became self-described "best friends" as a result of Gilden's tragic death, and this friendship lead to Meredith becoming a recurring character on NCIS (Carol Wilson), playing Abby's best friend from college. [source www.ncisfanwiki.com/m/page/Marty+Pearson] I still hope they're all doing well despite the hate and negativity on their show. I still love NCIS, the actors from the first season up to the last, and everyone that still makes it worthwhile.
This was posted in 2017, but since then the actress playing Abby, Pauley Perrette was found to be the one harassing her 3 ex's, 2 boyfriends and a husband. She had it all written down in script form and the script was found and presented in court, it was about a young actress who gains more stardom for herself using the restraining order system of the law. The case was thrown out of court, she was also reprimanded by the judge in the case. Plus Mark Harmon was so upset with her for running to all of them for comfort falsely that he refused to speak or work with her. Not soon after she was left go by CBS, she was allowed to say she quit, but took it a bit far by publicly blaming Mark Harmon's dog for her exodus, a dog that hadn't been to the set for over 3 years. She also tried to say that CBS was allowing sexual harassment against her for almost the entire time she worked for CBS. CBS supposedly got their lawyers on her immediately to stop the tweeting, since then she hasn't tweeted about it at all. Supposedly she's finding it hard to find work, the rumor being she's a sweetie to your face but is truly a troublemaker behind the scenes. I know a lot of people loved the character it was a true shame when this came out to her fans.
Why would anyone listen to these "Dark Secrets" when the narrator said Ziva David as in David like the first name instead of Daveed the way it is supposed to be pronounced.
