I was so moved by these remembrances. Of course I didn't know Lara, but she's been a part of my life for since the 1960s and I feel as if I lost a friend. Very touched to hear these beautiful remembrances by Katie scott and roger davis and david selby and the rest. thank you all for sharing this.

Thank you so much for this post. I could not attend. The cast and crew of Dark Shadows are the most wonderful people. Their devotion to their fans is more than heartwarming...I can't describe it. I reached out by email and received a warm and personal reply in which I could see clearly, in my mind, the kind smile. I literally fell apart because I never expected a reply. I'm honored to be a fan of the best of the best. God bless Lara Parker, Jonathan Frid, and Company.

Such a moving tribute to a wonderful person. When I read that she had died, it was one of the saddest days of my life.
