It's so very true I've been a CNA for 18 years and I've seen that done to CNA's elvians and RNs why do we backstab each other and we all in the same field I would never understand

Great advice! I’m a staff RN considering to travel. Traveling sounds interesting but at the same scary, specifically when you are new in the field. I’d love to see a video from you mentioning the best travel nurse agencies. There’s so many and it’s difficult to choose. Thanks for your help. Everything you said is true. I used to be a float nurse in my hospital and I always got the worst assignment, the admissions and discharges. All the patients nobody wanted to take. Is so annoying.

Aww yes I am so sorry about that that’s why I decided to start traveling too because for some reason they always paired Ms with a tough assignment!! I can work on this!

Great advice! I recently went to FLA and was contacted for a certain amount. I got lodging and planned to take my son based on that amount. At the last minute I was told they had too many nurses and I thought I was being cancelled after I already paid for the first month of lodging. But, no I was offered a different amount of money (way less) at a sister facility that was further away. So I went ahead and took the position as I had already invested in lodging. I feel like I lost money on that assignment, cause I paid for my lodging based on that first contract. And I didn't extend, lol

Awww man omg I’m so sorry that happen yes that has happen to me where they also lowered my pay… yes that is why I try to do the first week in a hotel.. doesn’t have to be fancy.. just to feel the place out first because you never know…

Hmm there are a lot depending on your specialty and whether you are a LPN/rn- some of them on the top of my head include career staff unlimited, medical solutions to name a few I would recommend signing up for as much as possible to get the best deal- I will be coming out with more content regarding thisb

I was a travel nurse for 3 year's you gotta have thick skin many places people treat travel nurse's bad their mad you're their all because they feel you make more money than them some are jealous you're doing something they really want to do deep down. Travel nursing can be lonley you move around every 3 to 6 months it's hard managing personal things like mail it can be expensive lots of miles on you're car lots of certifications and licenses for different jobs different states many pros and few cons.
