I hate hospitals and find them very traumatic. I really didn't want to have my babies in the hospital, but ended up going in last minute both times. I'm really so grateful for the amazing nurses I had for my births. They made me feel a bit better about hospitals and not so scared. Thank you guys for what you do! ❤

I'm so glad you ended up having a good experience! Hospitals & giving birth in general can be very traumatic and I'm so happy you got the support you needed!

Hey I really enjoy your videos and find them really helpful, do you think you would be interested in doing a video for new grads that will be going into L&D as their first job, talking about advice and tips you have as someone who has been working on this unit for a little bit? I think it would be really helpful to talk about these things, thanks!

Hi! Yes, I would definitely be open to that! Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'll start thinking about what tips I would give new grads in L&D!

I have a question. 😊 How did you learn to give report on your laboring patients to other staff members? @@margaretarmen

Hi Margaret! I’ve been following your whole ABSN journey from the start! My 12 month program starts next month. I was a doula and a pct for a medsurge floor. I want to do l&d upon graduation and I know it’s a competitive specialty. Do you have any advice on how to get a job in this specialty directly after graduation?

Great question! I’ll answer in my upcoming Q&A! Good luck in your program, you’ve got this!
