almost all the clips on this account are done. only 4/5 left. yeee edit: clearly that didnt work out. i just keep dumping. Check out my friends PvP: / @reistwindstorm5864
I miss the 2012/2013 Dark Souls PvP when it wasn't just Great Club horneting and when the forest wasn't dead as fuck. Watching this shit is so depressing lmao.
Felt the urge to play again too.. SL 50 isn't so bad. Still feels pretty dead, but you avoid all this bs too. You're right tho, there's no build diversity in the game anymore.
Guys pvp doesn’t have to be like this. You’ll have some great duels and invasions that aren’t backstab city, you just have to learn how to space and outplay the backstabber. (Easier said than done though) Dark souls 1 PvP is pretty good fundamentally. Usually I do unlocked R2’s with a claymore as a counter so they can miss the backstab and I can get my hits. Gotta play really unorthodox.
you should give the game a chance before judging it. playing offline seems like a viable option. you can still summon npc or turn on the net to summon a friend real quick.
@@draufgeschissen DSR is my first time playing any Dark Souls game. I bought it three weeks ago, completed it and am in the process of downloading DS 2. I went into offline mode after being invaded and killed four times (two times by the same guy) just as I had started to make decent progress. I do not understand why it is in the game at all.
@@dst6125 It's part of the experience that gives tension from players trying to impede your progress - however I understand it can be disheartening on a first run, the appeal of playing offline when you just want to get on with your pve run. Playing offline can help build confidence in the pve content before having extra challenge of invaders
I just had dino-_boy99 recommended to me on youtube and now i have you reccomended to me, and you both invade the same world at 5:05 lmao what are the odds
two things I hate about this game are: 1) poise, makes most weapona useless cause you dont stunlock players 2) backatabs, cause all pvp has backstab cheesing I pvp in ds2, i think its has best pvp out of all of ds games. And on any level too, sm 100k is just as fun as sm 10mil pvp
Your message seems self-contradictory. So you don't like one super-punishing (almost instakill) mechanic, but you want for a another super-punishing mechanic to exist where you just delete players after successfully landing one hit?
Disagree - I played through 1 again recently for no leveling no upgrades + some standard runs and whilst I loved 2 and 3 more when they came out, 1 is still a special experience in its pve especially. I would say actually the pve is fantastic. I can't say much about the PvP but it could be said to be lower quality with the backstab infinite setups and such. Still, I'm sure it can be enjoyed by many. It's all subjective of course
@@Ricard1807o I appreciate you expressing your opinion like a decent human being. I couldn't warm up to 2 or 3 but played a little Elden Ring. Still Ds1 is the game i always come back to.
@@draufgeschissen Thank you for acknowledging it:) I like that ds1 just keeps things mostly simple, and it has such a nostalgic feel to come back to and play after so much time. It is my first souls game, so there will be bias but I can appreciate why you may find yourself coming back to this game and enjoying it
@@Ricard1807o it was my first souls game too. when i played it the first time it completely blew my mind. i love the world and the simplicity you mentioned. the playerbase is also part why i come back. there are people i know since playstation 3 :'D
