have faith. we finns never used to get anything fancy up here, but then venues started to emerge nearby and its now looking brighter and brighter. now some bands arent even skipping finland. have faith on it, brother, have faith.
Dark Tranquillity and Arch Enemy are the best melodic death metal bands ever!!! Stanne and Angela - you are the best vocalists ever!!!Michael and Nicklas - you are the best giutarists ever!!!
He was the vocalist on Skydancer while The Stanne was still playing guitar. On Of Chaos & Eternal Night Michael Stanne did the vocals and they hired another guitarist.
In Flames is from Gothenburg, Sweden as well with a "similar" music style, however they typically sell 40,000 copies of an album on day 1... that's why I say that Dark Tranquillity is underrated in the US. All music fans should give DT a chance!
yep, we were somewhat ignored up to y2k or something, all the massive whatevers came to sweden but thats about it. its fine now, we got own good venues or something has happened, we got fair amount of gigs here now :)
