I wanted to upload this game, mostly because I love this game a bunch.
Its $15 on all platforms and is a good cheep horror game, if you want to play it and stay in the dark, then stop watching this Couse I'm about to tell you how to do everything about the game.
I wanted to shar what I know and what to do in each area.
I wish I could say this was my first time playing this but sadly no, if anything I play it every year.
I'm just going to upload one day because its already going to be long with little to no edits.
I am struggling to want to call it a walkthrough because I just want to playthrough the game, will only shar info on stuff I find and tell what can happen.
like the church, when you have the dream, one of two things will happen, you kill the shadow chompers and dogs are in the basement of the church, but die instead of killing the shadow chomper then Red Clumpers will be in the basement.

Exploding Barrel
I'm not going to open it in my playthrough but want to shar what's inside.

Playing this game is something I remember doing when I was feeling depressed. To put it bluntly, it wasn't a pleasant experience😭

Doing gods works as Darkwood is great, it's just that many people don't even bother or give up before realizing that. It may not be for many, but it offers more than just another game time with it's story, atmosphere, mysteries or inovative style in it's category.

Any tips for a noob attempting to play on console??? I can’t seem to add gas to the saw to cut logs into boards…I have the gas in my hot menu (one with 3 spaces) but I keep getting a message at the saw table to add fuel. I’ve pressed every button but can’t add fuel…playing on ps5. If you could help me out I’d REALLY APPRECIATE IT. Thanks!

Go to the saw mill and pour the gas as if you was going to pour it on the floor, make sure you are next to saw mill and facing when you go to pour the gas can. Hold L2 and R2

What do ya do when you can move on to the next area but don't know if your ready too? I have alot of stuff in my house and dunno if it matters how long i stay in area 1 but im at like day 12 or something and dunno if i should move on or what til i better at attacking and dodging lmao

I usally like to wait til i have a Shovel, a way to heal, and a lantern, take a stack of boards and nails, and one gas can, and then progress to the next area. You will also find a bike bell in the workshop, Have bottle of alcohol for the pour man. How many days you stay in the area does not matter, you can stay as many days as you want.

@@VynaGN i cant seem to craft a shovel, i bought the head piece but cant find a normal stick, is there a way to make one ? Bc finding an insane guy with one up by the trees and locked hut (seems like an area you loop around too from the third area ? Idk) but they just run, i cant even trap one to kill it.

@@VynaGN googling how to acquire a stick it says they are available in the second area. So i dont think i can craft a shovel in the first area. I have a ton of resources

You can find a stick right before you go to the silent forest, In the same building you have to put a code in to get to the silent forest, is the same building that holds a madman holding a stick to kill.

You would have to back track to the first hideout to make the shovel, or you can go to the second hideout after getting the stick, there's usally a huge dog that wonders around. The second hideout is aways found shortly after entering the silent forest.

Every one of these Eastern European-developed games is the same. Awesome idea, terribly executed. Poor interface, janky combat, unituitive gameplay. They all feel like betas, just unfinished. They should work with some Japanese developers to show them how to actually make a functional game from their ideas.
