can you beat darkwood with only guns? 

How does this have no views? It is LITERALLY the only darkwood challenge run I have found on RU-vid and it is well made on top of that so I am extra confused. both this game and this video really needs more attention and I would love to see more darkwood challenge runs done by you and on RU-vid in general

This is a fantastic run, and really captures the roleplay style of progression while still coming from someone that knows the game, why the Hell does this not have views?

Man, I can't even imagine doing this challenge with how scarce ammo is in the game, hats off to you. Only area where I consistently used guns was the swamp, lol.

I often use bear traps outside in the front of barricaded windows just to prevent intruders and waste most of their time to attack me inside my hideout or perhaps lost their interest to trespass. My weapons of choice are: pump action shotgun, assault rifle, fully upgraded axe, gas bottle (optional if i ran out of molotov cocktails and its resources) Main useful resources are: lantern, pills, fully upgraded shovel (use only for digging trash site/secondary weapon), light armor, sweater - rewarded only if you done mushroom lady's request) and rubber boots - looted in the destroyed cottage in great lake) These are my strategy to survive every single night in this wonderful game.

I love this, also in that first dream, turn on the lamp, move away, turn off the lamp and follow the stones to the bed. Then when you get a shiny stone. Also there was a shiny stone in the place that league of legends player was, it was shiny. Also you could of used the single shot pistol, unless it doesn't count which I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't. Great video though!

Is actually a positive event when someone Knocking your door at night it can be some random loot or quest item for wedding event, but all those stuff will despawn if player don't open the door and pick them up at night. Also when all the light is shut down player still have 10 to 15 ingame minutes to react before Shadows start attack and early-game hideout usually have two functional lamps which means one of it will always work in shadow event since Shadows can only shut down one lamp by themself (banshee however can shut down both lamps at the same time).

traps are most op items in this game, all nights are easy when u have circle of traps in the middle of room

I would see no problem killing Wolfman, he is kinda an asshole and a free automatic rifle!

By the way, if you go to wolf's camp on the first day and talk to him he won't show up at your base in the morning, which gets you an extra 100 reputation with the trader and the ability to immediately trade with him!

Fun fackt if you run to the church pick up an little console there and go talk to wolf man he can hive you a gun for that console and you can get a gun on the first day
