I have a confession: I shed some tears while watching this because the song and the action were just so wonderfully paired. And my inner 90s kid was so excited to see Darkwing Duck again!

I think he does, he just doesn't want to admit it, because of the money he lost, when making the Darkwing Duck movie, xD (the idea of losing money, makes Uncle Scrooge feel sick, xD).

I don't know if that will happen (the Gosalyn being adopted... not the fact that Dewey might tell Launchpad to go with them to St. Canard), because somehting tells me that Gosalyn's grandfather will be rescued in the series finale. But who knows? At the best of chances, she might continue to hang out with him (which we will see in the DW reboot).

I unfortunately wasn’t born when Darkwing came out, but I did watch it relentlessly as a kid. He was my favorite as a child and when I saw him in Ducktales I was geeking out so hard

They better bring back Jim Cummings if they do, because he hasn't been on Ducktales since NegaDuck resurfaced. Still Darkwing Duck was and always remains an awesome show and I really hope there's a reboot coming soon.

What about Morgana Macawber? She has to appear in DuckTales (2017) as Darkwing and Gosalyn did appear, she will have to be in the side of good instead, so that she and Darkwing will finally be meeting each other, but she will probably meet Scrooge and the others.

One thing i was curious about the darkwing show within a show. How did they pull off liquidator? Cgi? That would be some impressive cg for the 90's. Then again this is a world that had ludwig von drake and gyro gearloose, so convincing special effects would be relatively easy.
