This has a little different meaning for me. This is the second Christmas after grandma, my last family, is gone. The snow globe at the end reminds me of the last Christmas picture I had of her smiling in her hospital chair covered with the Christmas blanket I bought her. Sad and happy memories 🥲

The vocals on this are so phenomenal; just soaring and gorgeous in a way that I haven't heard many other singers accomplish. On another note, that piano solo at the end? That's the great Leon Russell. Speaking about the session later, Darlene Love says "we called it Leon's little concerto. He just went wild on the piano and, when he was finished, he fell right off the stool."
