I can guarantee you he is in a pc protective custody block. All by himself. But this is actually better and a more cruel punishment for him. Pc is like death row almost or seg ( the hole). Especially because he is broke and the state garnished 50% of any money he gets from mom or earns. He can’t get enough to buy a pack of ramen soups right now. BUT, professionals usually treat it with antidepressants that are good at controlling rage along with depression. Brooks in the trial was a Brooks who'd AT LEAST been properly diagnosed and medicated as far as the Disorder(s) could be. As we saw, they didn't have too much effect on him. But that's as good as he'll ever be. And I suspect he was FAR WORSE before he was arrested on 21 November 2021. Erika Patterson has said so and I believe it. He knew appellate court inquiries was stupid here, he knew that whole jurisdiction nonsense was stupid... he knew that the whole contempt of court when she sent him to another room, WHICH WAS NOOOOOT contempt (because that would delay) among others, was NOT going to work. BUT he tried EVERYTHING he could to simply delay and hold off. He was hoping with his massive delays, would bring about a miss trial. He was hoping to trip her up in some way to causse that. And he NEEDS to NOT be called Stupid. He knew exactly what he was doing here. He was be an ass and annoying and stupid in other ways, but here, he knew his goal. @LolitaAnneHaze
@LolitaAnneHaze Год назад
"He knew exactly what he was doing here." It's not quite that simple. Here's an example of what Darrell was doing during the trial, in non-legal form. I attempt to buy groceries with Monopoly game money, not understanding why the grocery store won't take it as form of payment, I get angry, claim I'm being unfairly targeted, and tell them they're violating my rights. Darrell genuinely got upset over one legal decision after another, for the majority of the trial, so he really bought into the legal defense he was using. Darrell was using legal language that sounded legitimate to him, so he thought all of it truly meant something. Just a couple examples of Darrell being lost, there was the report issue that he was confused and wrong about, and the prosecution not having follow-up questions that he was confused and wrong about, neither of which were stall tactics. Because when Darrell stalled, he dragged. There was only one point during the trial, where Darrell had several seconds of slight legal clarity, then it disappeared. I've never studied law, but even I understood the entire trial, but who didn't? The person at the defense table.
@jen-a-purr
@jen-a-purr Год назад
So he knew what he was doing? That was a STUPID defense. There. He’s partially stupid. Not a clever smart boy like you’re portraying him to be. If so, he’d have walked out of that courthouse a free boy.

While watching his interrogation…I couldn’t believe how he was explaining himself in the aspect of stringing the detectives along on ridiculous rants. He thought he was smarter than everyone in the room from the apprehension to courtroom…In my personal opinion he knew he couldn’t weasel his way threw the system by manipulating the judge…prosecution along with 12 jurors with word salads. If he did think he was gonna win a trial by doing that…It didn’t take longer than a couple of hearings before he realized he had no chance… so he came up with the tactic he chose…which was to totally make himself look like a fool on top of a narcissistic sociopath with no remorse for the countless lives he’d destroyed.
